Article 43 of the Regulations on City Appearance and Environmental Sanitation stipulates that no one shall distribute, hang or post publicity materials and advertisements in public places without authorization, and shall not depict, scribble or spray slogans, publicity materials and advertisements on buildings and structures. In violation of the provisions, it shall be ordered to clear, confiscate the illegal property and income, and impose a fine of more than 100 yuan 1000 yuan; If the circumstances are serious, a fine ranging from 1000 yuan to 1000 yuan shall be imposed.

Unauthorized use or organization of posting, scribbling, spraying, distributing slogans, promotional materials and advertisements for publicity, confiscate illegal property and illegal income, and impose a fine of 1 yuan and 654.38+million yuan; If the circumstances are serious, a fine of 6,543,800 yuan or more and 500,000 yuan or less shall be imposed.
