A fourth-grade composition describing the environment

In study, work, and life, everyone has written compositions. Composition is the transition from internal language to external language, that is, from compressed and concise language that one can understand to expanded language. , the transformation of external language forms that have standardized grammatical structures and can be understood by others. I believe many people will find it difficult to write essays. Below is a collection of fourth-grade essays describing the environment that I have compiled. It is for reference only. You are welcome to read it. Fourth grade essay describing the environment Part 1

The earth we live in has been destroyed by ourselves.

There are people littering everywhere, the exhaust fumes from cars make the roads smoky, and the groves in the city have been cut down to build houses. Although technology is very advanced now, it still uses the resources on the earth. Please think about it: if the resources on the earth are used up, what should we rely on to live on, money? No, although money can buy many things, But we can't buy clear skies, fresh air, clean rivers, rivers, and sea water.

In today's world, humans are destroying our own homeland at a rapid rate. Because of forest destruction, air pollution, and soil erosion, 100 species are disappearing every day on the earth. At this rate, it won't be long before 1 million species of organisms are disappearing from the earth. What a terrifying set of data this is! If each person saves a few kilowatt hours of electricity, saves a few drops of water, and drives a car less now, there will be no blackouts in the future, there will be a river in the future, and there will be no air pollution in the future. ...

In a word: everyone has the responsibility to protect the earth! Fourth grade essay describing the environment 2

The sun hangs high in the sky, casting a warm sunshine; the breeze blows Passing over your cheek, it brings a short burst of coolness; the bird stands on the branch, leaving a beautiful melody; the leaves sway with the wind, casting an infinite coolness! We live on a beautiful earth, but have you ever noticed the beauty around us? "Protecting the environment starts with me"! Slogans like this can be seen everywhere on campus and on lawns. Have you really done it?

Today, we came to visit Hangzhou Green Energy Environmental Protection Power Generation Co., Ltd. At the gate, a large screen displays various indicators, which truly allows everyone to supervise the work together. Since its operation, Hangzhou Green Energy Environmental Protection Power Generation Co., Ltd. has effectively absorbed domestic waste from Shangcheng District, Binjiang District, Xihu District and Jianggan District of Hangzhou City. With excitement, we visited the working environment of our uncles and aunts. We tiptoed to the garbage incinerator, looked down together, and saw an eight-claw machine trying to catch the claw machine, grabbed a handful of garbage heads, and turned it into the garbage incinerator. All kinds of garbage below were piled up into hills. Watching the garbage in the garbage incinerator slowly disappear on the monitor, everyone couldn't restrain their excitement and began to whisper to each other!

The tour ended soon, and everyone reluctantly got on the bus. This visit to the waste incineration plant really enriched our knowledge! Let us act together and make "protect the environment" more than just a slogan! An ideal! Fourth grade essay describing the environment Part 3

In spring, the pastoral scenery is beautiful. Let me take you there now

A group of cute little ducks swim in the clear river. They play in the water and plunge their heads down from time to time to look for food. Even if there are women pounding clothes on the nearby stones, they are never surprised.

On the lawn, the grass sticks its head out and breathes the fresh air. Flowers are also blooming, including peonies, impatiens, cockscombs, and dahlias. They are dressed in season and bloom in order. They are simple yet somewhat gorgeous, showing a unique farmhouse scenery. Look at the white sheep, leisurely and contented.

If you go for a walk in the summer evening, you will often see people in the countryside having dinner. They moved the tables, chairs and food in front of the door, and ate as much as they could. The red clouds on the horizon, the evening breeze, and the returning birds flying overhead are all their friends. Together with the country people, they form a natural and harmonious natural landscape painting.

In front of the house, there is a large golden rapeseed field, like a golden ocean.

There is a winding path among the flowers, like a long dragon, so beautiful!

Ah! The beautiful pastoral scenery is like a painting, like a poem, like a song, so beautiful that it makes people remember it. . Fourth grade essay describing the environment, Part 4

Today, my mother and I went to my grandma’s house again. In early spring, the continuous rain for days made me feel chilly.

Suddenly, a pungent stench hit us. I quickly looked up and saw that we were in the Daqian Biological Park. I asked my mother strangely: "What is stinking?" My mother said: "Look." I looked in the direction of my mother's finger, and there were tall buildings and factories over there. I thought: Could it be that the high-rise buildings and factories were smelling? Suddenly I found a river of smelly water there. At this time, the car happened to be driving by the Stinky River, and my mother stopped the car. I saw that the stones by the sewage bar were dyed black, and the color of the water was like the gouache water we used. My mother said: "He Qi, please take a look and see if there are any aquatic plants and small fish in the river?" I observed carefully and said: "Aquatic plants and small fish cannot survive in an environment like this." Mom said: " You are right. I often passed by this river before. At that time, the river was crystal clear, full of aquatic plants, and there were small fish playing in it. However, since the Marine Life Park was established here. , people discharged the sewage used in the factory into this river, the water in the river was polluted, and the smelly water became more and more pungent."

I thought: With the development of our country's construction industry. , factories are rising from the ground, we are rich, but we live in such an environment, we are still far from happiness. Fourth-grade essay describing the environment, Part 5

The sentence "Everyone has a responsibility to protect the environment" can be seen everywhere! But some people just don't comply.

On Tuesday morning, Yan Ziyi’s large roll of napkins accidentally fell into the water. Unfortunately, the large roll of napkins was “sacrificial” like this.

Yan Ziyi picked up the napkin. I thought she was going to throw the napkin into the trash can, but I didn’t expect that she was so lazy. The trash can was right behind her and she didn’t want to walk over and throw it in. I actually opened the window and threw it away, and a piece of white garbage instantly floated into our lump sum area. well! In the blink of an eye, there was another piece of garbage in Baogan District, and the students on duty in Baogan District had to work hard again.

I just discovered now that as long as they sit by the window, many people don’t bother to throw garbage into the trash can. They just open the window and throw it away. No wonder our lump sum area was deducted 1.5 points on Thursday! This is really asking for trouble. Besides, each group of students will sit by the north window. According to this calculation, if the students by the north window throw away three garbage a week, then after one semester, our regular area will no longer be called the regular area, but the garbage area.

If Teacher Zhong asks us to pick up rubbish in Baogan District again, the students will definitely complain that it is easy to throw away rubbish, but difficult to pick up rubbish! So when it comes to protecting the environment, everyone has a responsibility. Not littering makes it easier for you, me and others. Fourth grade essay describing the environment, Part 6

Grandma’s home lives at the east end of Lujiazhi, which is a group of communities with Spanish architectural style. It is the most beautiful community I have ever seen.

As soon as you enter the gate of the community, it is like walking into a big garden. There are green trees, red flowers, rockery and stone flowerbeds and bonsai everywhere. The first thing that greeted us were several towering banana trees, which guarded this beautiful home like soldiers. Next to it is a winding artificial pond. The calm water surface is shiny and clear like crystal. There are many small goldfish in it, including red, yellow and black and white. They are leisurely in the water. Swim around. And in summer, there will be many tadpoles popping up in the pond. Those cute tadpoles really make me linger.

What is particularly popular is the fitness park in the community. Every morning or dusk, men, women and children in the community will gather here. In addition to exercising, another main reason is that the environment here is special. grace. The surrounding trees are lush, including sycamore trees, camphor trees, osmanthus trees, willow trees... they are green and lively all year round. Winter jasmine, rose, chrysanthemum, narcissus... various flowers develop alternately, making this place always fragrant. Children can play and play here, and old people can gossip here, creating a peaceful and peaceful atmosphere.

Because of the beauty of the community, I prefer going to my grandma’s house.

Fourth grade essay describing the environment Part 7

In the morning, under the bright spring weather, I came to the "pearl" of Longtan Park with pleasant spring breeze, which is Qinxin Lake.

I first came to the stone road of Qinxin Lake. Of course, I am a master who can run on the stone road. After stopping at the stone roadside for a while, we walked towards the Jiuqu Bridge. Next to the bridge is Qinxin Lake. Qinxin Lake is so green! It's green as if it were a red and green mirror. The water in Qinxin Lake is so clear! It's so clear that you can see the fish on the bottom of the water. The water in Qinxin Lake is so quiet! It's so quiet that you can see the water patterns of fish swimming by.

Walking to the Huxin Pavilion. The first thing I saw was the tree in the pavilion. The tree in the pavilion was so big! The big one looks like Miss Chun's hand stretched out from the ground. The trees in the pavilion are so green! It was as green as if those leaves were pieces of emerald. After reading it, I couldn't wait to rush to the second floor.

When we arrived at the second floor, looking down from the top, we saw that the guests on the island in the center of the lake were twelve willow girls. They have different postures and shapes. Some are leaning on the railing and looking into the distance, as if they have something on their minds; some are looking down at the lake, as if they are enjoying the infinite fun of the fish; some are stretching, as if to increase the excitement in the spring. Infinite tenderness, some are lying in the water, like taking a dip in the Bixin Lake; some...

There are several weeping willows on the shore, and the willow branches seem to be ordered by the spring girl to dance; The sun shines on us in a place where the water and sky are the same color, and is reflected on the water with sparkling light. The fish and shrimps were swimming freely in the water. If there were no fish at all, Qinxin Lake would be too peaceful.

I love the beautiful Longtan Park, and I love the beautiful Qinxin Lake even more. Fourth grade essay describing the environment, Part 8

The reason why the environment where I live has become worse is because after the refinery was built, the entire Geely District was shrouded in smoke.

In class, the teacher also mentioned that before we were born, Century Plaza was a movie theater, and there were all vendors selling things. The ground was full of garbage, and no one took care of cleaning it. When I heard this, I could imagine the scene as soon as I closed my eyes.

Here, the teacher also held a "small debate". We were divided into pros and cons based on different viewpoints. Students who thought the environment had become better were pros, and students who thought the environment had gotten worse were cons. , just like this, everyone said something and I said something, and finally it was determined that the opposing side had won a complete victory.

Once, Cheng Yuze and Yang Mengkai and I went to Heyang Square to catch frogs. We walked along the river and suddenly discovered that the water in Heyang Square used to be clear to the bottom, but now, the river water has been polluted, become dirty, and exudes an unpleasant odor. We also found two dead small fish. Yang Mengkai and Cheng Yuze picked up the small fish and smelled a fishy smell, so they quickly threw them away. At this time, I felt very disgusted that the oil refinery had turned this auspicious area, which originally did not have many living creatures, into a place with very few living creatures left.

I think the deterioration of the environment around us is mainly caused by the ruthless emissions of waste gases from refineries. How I hope the refinery will no longer emit waste gas and create a beautiful environment for us! Fourth grade essay describing the environment 9

We all live on the same planet, and some people are very healthy. Some people have very terrible diseases. Why can't everyone be healthy, but let people have diseases?

That is because people do not pay attention to hygiene, spitting, littering, etc. People still have many bad habits that do not pay attention to hygiene in their lives, and we need to correct them.

For example, if we go to play on a certain meadow, the green of the grass and the color of the flowers blend together. You will feel beautiful, but there are still some disharmonious things in your eyes, that is Rubbish. The garbage scattered on the grass destroyed the beauty of the grass and flowers and made me feel terrible. This is all caused by people's laziness. They don't want to take two more steps to throw the trash in the trash can, but throw the trash on the grass.

Another example is when we go to nature to explore the mysteries of nature, we always like to bring something with us. We must think that this is a mountain, and no one cares about it in school or in daily life, so we must throw garbage on the ground casually. If we are wrong to think so, if you throw garbage there, it will have an impact on the animals and plants living there, and it will also damage the environment.

We should protect our beautiful home and not destroy it. We cannot let garbage infest our homes, we must drive them away; we must not let diseases take away our health, we must eliminate them. In order to make this beautiful wish come true, we must start from me, not spitting or littering, and start by protecting the environment around us. Fourth grade essay describing the environment 10

Our hometown was very beautiful in the past. People threw garbage in the trash can. Therefore, the sky was blue and deep, the river was crystal clear, the air was fresh and sweet, and the small fish were happy. As I swim around, the flowers look up and smile at me. There are colorful flowers on the roadside. The world is very beautiful. People eat pollution-free food and are healthy.

Now, as industry continues to develop, there are more and more factories, and the air, water, and land are polluted. People have begun to do whatever they want, littering, and factories discharge wastewater into farmland, polluting the concentrated Smoke is emitted into the atmosphere. Year after year, from generation to generation, the amount of garbage continues to increase, and the pollution becomes more serious. The happy fish are no longer seen in the river, the small flowers are withered, and the world is flooded by garbage.

Ten years later, technology continues to develop. At this critical moment, scientists invented a smart trash can. It has three buttons, red, yellow, and green. If you press the red one, it will Run like an arrow and pick up the trash. If you press the yellow one, it will fly into the sky like a rocket and catch the garbage thrown by people to avoid hitting pedestrians. The last green button is very special. Once you press it, it will immediately catch the garbage and plant a tree to make the world more vibrant.

The little fish swam happily in the river again, spitting out a bubble for a while, and jumping out of the water for a while. The flowers grew and formed the word "Thank you". It turns out that they are thanking us. People are also running around to tell each other, because people have woken up and caring for nature means caring for their own homes. Fourth grade essay describing the environment, Part 11

Students, please pay attention to changes in the environment you are in! Some of these changes are exciting, some are frustrating, and some are sad. Now, I'm going to tell you what I discovered.

A long time ago, the air on our earth was fresh; the rivers were crystal clear, and lively fish swam freely in the rivers; birds were on the trees. Jumping for joy; the shepherd boy is leading the cow up the mountain! There are lush trees on the mountain, hundreds of flowers blooming, and hundreds of birds chirping. The fruits on the fruit trees are right next to each other, waiting for people to pick them while they are resting! At that time, people often went to the mountains to fetch water and drank the sweet spring water. People immediately forgot about the tiredness of the day

But now, although we live a happy and contented life, the air is It has been polluted by poisonous gases discharged from factories; the crystal clear river has become a "garbage river", with a vomiting smell coming to your nostrils; there is a constant flow of cars on the road; and the trees on the mountain have turned into interesting books. . The sky often changes its face, and this sudden weather has caused great inconvenience to people.

After comparing these two environments, have you seen the changes in the environment? Now, I want to wake people up loudly: "Stop polluting the environment, save the earth!" Fourth grade essay describing the environment 12

Our East District is a place where birds are singing and flowers are fragrant. There are many The trees and birds can be seen everywhere in the garden and square.

In the past, the environment here was very good. You could feel the chirping of birds and the fragrance of flowers everywhere. The atmosphere of spring was everywhere. It was a very beautiful place, but Now, our environment here has changed and it is getting worse.

After my investigation, I found that people were either spitting or littering. The most disgusting thing was that they just threw the garbage outside the trash can and ignored it. .

When I was a child, there was a garbage chute in our corridor. People above and below also threw garbage into this garbage chute. Every time I opened the door, I could smell the smell coming out of the garbage chute. Over time, people upstairs and downstairs piled rubbish in the corridor. It took a lot of effort for our family to clean up the rubbish.

Later, for the sake of the environment, the factory installed a dustbin that can be stepped on at the bottom of each building. I thought they would put all the garbage in the trash can, but who knew that they still didn’t throw the garbage in, but instead I threw the garbage away while I was standing far away. There were flies flying around the garbage can and it was very dirty.

I think everyone should protect the environment and the place where they live. Everyone should strive to be an environmental defender to protect the environment, so that our beautiful home will not be covered with garbage. Fourth grade essay describing the environment Part 13

My hometown, Nanchang City, is the place where the military flag is raised, and is known as the "Heroic City". There are countless good places here that make you forget to leave, and Qiushui Square is one such place.

Qiushui Square is located on the north bank of the Gan River in Nanchang City, across the river from Tengwang Pavilion. The square covers an area of ??80,000 square meters and is a beautiful landscape in Nanchang City. Many people come here to play every day.

Look, there are so many amusement facilities here! There are bumper cars, claw machines, modern tanks... Children like to come here to play and have fun. This is a paradise for children.

Looking over there, there are many stone carvings of ancient figures. People can admire the stone carvings and read the introduction on the inscriptions, and the ancient culture of Jiangxi is presented before their eyes.

The most eye-catching thing is, of course, the fountain that becomes tense, relaxed, low, and high with the music! With the music, the fountain sprays up and down, with colorful lights. The light on the fountain forms a breathtaking night scene. Slowly, slowly, all the water spray fell down, and only two bunches of water sprayed up diagonally, forming a "bridge", and a huge bunch of water flow straight across the "bridge deck", "Ah !" Someone yelled, and when I looked again, I saw that the huge water flow was already hundreds of meters high! A large group of people "retreated" backwards as if they had lost a battle. You will definitely laugh when you see this scene.

This is the beautiful Qiushui Square. I love my hometown, and I love Qiushui Square in my hometown even more. Fourth grade essay describing the environment, Part 14

My home is in a beautiful community. There is a large garden here with many flowers, plants and trees. Especially in spring, the big peonies bloom, and the butterflies and bees play happily among the flowers. It's so beautiful!

There is a small patch of grass in front of my house, without a single tree, it is bare. One day, I suddenly had the idea to plant a loquat tree, so that when the tree grows up, people can enjoy the shade under the tree, and children can pick loquats to eat from the tree. I feel quite proud when I think about it. So, I ran to the garden and found a loquat seed under a large loquat tree. Then I dug a small hole in the grass in front of my house, buried the seed, and watered it enough. alright! You're done, just wait for the loquat seeds to burst out of the ground! I was so happy, thinking about all the things that would happen to the little tree when it grew up, and I was so excited. As soon as I got home, I excitedly told my mother about my feat. The mother was very happy after hearing this and said that the baby is really sensible. Planting trees can beautify the environment and purify the air. Planting a tree is equivalent to providing an extra breath of fresh air and reducing some pollution. This is a very good thing. Meaningful things.

After listening to my mother’s praise, I decided to cherish the flowers, plants and trees around me more in the future to make the environment we live in more beautiful. Fourth grade essay describing the environment 15

Last summer vacation, I My mother and I went with the tour group to Penglai Pavilion, which is known as the "Wonderland on Earth". It was so much fun. Now let me introduce to you this beautiful "Wonderland on Earth".

Looking from a distance, the entire building of Penglai Pavilion looks like a giant dragon lying on the seashore, and Penglai Pavilion is the head of this dragon. This dragon looks up to the north, seeming to be gazing at the vast sea, always guarding the waters of the motherland.

The entire pavilion is divided into two floors. First of all, we came to the gate on the first floor and saw four gleaming big characters "Penglai in the World" written on the archway. There were two couplets on both sides of the archway. The characters were written with flying dragons and phoenixes, which were very beautiful. Keep walking forward and you will arrive at the "Danya Wonderland", which is magnificent and magnificent. I heard from the tour guide that "Danya Fairyland" is the door to "fairyland". If a visitor takes one step through it, he will immediately become an immortal; if he takes two steps, he will become a half-immortal, and if he takes three steps, he will not become an immortal. When we stepped into the gate of "Wonderland", we seemed to have become immortals and were in high spirits.

Finally we came to the second floor and visited the "Eight Drunk Immortals". It is said that the Eight Immortals once got drunk here and showed their magical powers to travel across the sea. Climbing to the top of the pavilion, there is a wind shelter there. It is said that there is a strong wind outside, but there is no wind at all in the house. This is because there is a cliff below the pavilion, which changes the direction of the wind.

When I’m about to leave, I can’t help but sigh in my heart that “Penglai on earth” is really better than fairyland! Fourth grade essay describing the environment 16

Today is the weekend, and my father took me to the beautiful people's park. This morning, our family got up very early, and our family was very happy. On the way to People's Park, our family was chatting and laughing in the car, and we arrived at People's Park unknowingly.

As soon as you enter the door, you will see a relatively large lake. The water in the lake is so clear that you can see the sand and stones at the bottom of the lake; the lake is so quiet that you can't feel it flowing, just like a mirror. Look around the lake again, look, the tall trees are like tall guards standing there with their heads held high. How lush the trees are here! There are almost no gaps left. In the summer, I enjoy the coolness below. When a gust of wind blows, it is so cool! The trees around are so green, like a green ocean.

Look, the grass under our feet is so green! There are all kinds of grass, some of which can’t be described or seen. A small house in the distance is looming in the clouds and mist. The color How beautiful it is!

The People’s Park has charming scenery all year round. In spring, hundreds of flowers bloom; in summer, the refreshing fragrance of flowers makes people intoxicated; in autumn, only a few maple leaves are left on the trees to spread the beautiful scenery; in winter, the trees are all dressed in "white cotton jackets."

Going further, various fitness equipment are waiting for you, such as swing type, bicycle type, and back massage equipment. They are suitable for both the elderly and children. Although it is fitness equipment, it is also a beautiful scenery in my heart.

People’s Park, how many footprints and joy you have left me, which makes me intoxicated. Your scenery will always remain in my beautiful memory. Fourth grade essay describing the environment Part 17

Students, have you noticed that more and more people around us are suffering from rhinitis, pharyngitis, and conjunctivitis. This is mainly due to air pollution. These are nothing. According to statistics, the number of people getting cancer due to environmental pollution is increasing year by year, and the patients are getting younger and younger. Many patients’ families lost their lives and money as a result. This year, mudslides in Zhouqu, Gansu Province caused the death of more than 1,000 people. Yingxiu Town and other places in our province also suffered heavy losses due to mudslides.

Why do these things happen? We know that the earth was a green and beautiful home hundreds of years ago, but now due to human technological progress and industrialization, the damage to the environment is increasing. With the construction of a large number of factories, human energy consumption has increased. Most of these are coal, oil, etc., which are composed of carbon. The energy emitted by the combustion also produces a large amount of harmful gases and waste residues, causing great damage to the environment. In order to obtain more food from nature, human beings have cut down forests and destroyed vegetation without restriction. Some of these have resulted in massive desertification of land in arid areas and gradually turned into deserts, and mudslides have occurred in mountainous areas with heavy rainfall.

How can we protect the environment? Start with me, live a low-carbon life and minimize damage to the environment. We should all save water resources, use less disposable things and more reusable things, turn on the air conditioner less, don't throw garbage everywhere, save paper, drive less cars and ride more bicycles. I believe we all can Do it.

I believe that through our efforts, we can definitely save our beautiful home! Fourth grade essay describing the environment, Part 18

I am extremely satisfied with this new environment. Because this is the place I have longed for - the prestigious Chongqing Yucai Middle School. From now on, I will study and live here for three years.

Our campus is hidden among trees. A cement tunnel leads directly from the gate to the "T" shaped office building. Walking further along the road, you will see the Shilian Building and the Audio-visual Education Building on both sides of the road, one red and one white, contrasting each other. In the middle of the curved gray-white avenue is a wide sports field. From a distance, it looks like a peninsula surrounded by streams. The flower beds on both sides of the office building are covered with green grass and mixed with flowers, like two flat embroidered surfaces with a green background. The sun shines down on my sister, making her dazzling.

I walked on the wide and flat cement road. The tall branches and green grass on both sides were swaying in the wind, as if they were extending welcome handwriting to me. I looked up at the clear sky, the fog had cleared, the sun was shining all over the campus, and a bright red national flag was fluttering on the roof of the classroom. Thinking of this morning, I stood in the team and participated in the school flag-raising ceremony for the first time. The teachers and students of the school stood in silence, the majestic national anthem was played from the loudspeaker, and the solemn national flag rose slowly on the flagpole. Suddenly, all the teachers and classmates showed excited looks on their faces, as if they could hear a unanimous oath coming from everyone's hearts: "In order to revitalize China, we are determined to study diligently!"

New The environment, everything makes me feel fresh and uplifted. Fourth grade essay describing the environment, Part 19

Our campus has an elegant environment, beautiful scenery, clean and beautiful appearance, and is a lovely campus.

When entering the campus, the first thing you see are two tall and upright banyan trees. The big banyan tree has lush branches and shades all year round. Even in the hot summer, you don't feel hot under the big banyan tree.

There is a green lawn next to the big banyan tree. The lawn is full of colorful and crowded flowers, which is extremely beautiful.

On both sides of the school are beautiful modern teaching buildings. On the building are written the eight dignified characters of "unity, diligence, truth-seeking, and innovation", which add vitality to our campus.

Going further inside, you will see the solemn flag-raising platform. There are two tall kapok trees planted on both sides of the flag-raising platform. In spring, the kapok tree begins to sprout buds and grow leaves, which is very beautiful. In the hot summer, we played under the kapok tree. In the golden autumn season, the scenery is pleasant, and the leaves on the trees turn into "golden butterflies" falling to the ground. Some students collect them to make leaf prints, some students collect them to make leaf specimens, and some students make leaf specimens...

In winter, it is very cold here, but not as cold as in the north. We still persist every day go to school.

In this beautiful campus, we grow up happily and greedily absorb endless knowledge. The beautiful campus has left many of our childhood happiness and footprints. Fourth grade essay describing the environment, Part 20

My hometown, Dongpu, is an ancient town in Shaoxing.

Dongpu is a typical Jiangnan water town. There are rivers everywhere in the town and the water resources are very rich. There is a long, clear river at the door of my grandmother's house. It is so clear that you can see the small fish in the water and the blue-gray stones at the bottom. The river flows gurgling all year round, taking away every particle of dust and every drop of sewage. The river water kept lapping at the river bank, making a "dong-wow" sound. The little fish jumped high on the water, and then quickly fell down, holding up small splashes. Groups of small shrimps jumped around in the water cleverly, like hide and seek. The sun spreads pieces of golden light on the water, and the water is suddenly covered with a layer of gold, giving people a feeling of wealth and magnificence.

On the small river, there are several ancient bridges, including strong and durable stone arch bridges and graceful three-eye bridges. Among them, Silong Bridge is the pride of bridges in Dongpu Ancient Town. It is beautiful in shape and consists of a thirty-hole stone beam bridge with two couplets engraved on the bridge body. There are rows of willow trees on both sides of the river, and the willow branches flutter in the wind, like thousands of hair strands.

There are families living by the river. They live a happy and peaceful life, enjoying the comfort and tranquility of the ancient town. This just forms a magical picture of "small bridge, flowing water, and people's houses". It's fascinating to watch.

This is the ancient town - Dongpu, this is my hometown. I love my hometown.
