You can't charge the battery car in the basement, because the basement is a closed space. If an accidental explosion occurs, it will endanger the lives of people upstairs, and it is not convenient to put out the fire in the basement, so it is impossible to rescue them at the first time. So the battery car is not allowed to stop in the basement to charge. The battery car is best placed in an open place.
