How is the pattern on the cake made?

There are many ways to make patterns on cakes:

1, jam painting (light cream) flat cake: this is generally to draw the outline or lines of the pattern to be presented on the cake with a toothpick. This is to use all kinds of jam or fruit paste (whipped cream) and other raw materials, or squeeze lines, or squeeze noodles, and finally complete a flat cake with rich colors and beautiful pictures.

2. Printing: This is a new technology. Use edible ink, print the patterns in the computer on sticky rice paper with a special printer, then cut into cakes of appropriate size, cover the cake surface, and decorate the details (such as edges, etc.). The effect of this demonstration is good, such as photos of people, scenery and so on.

3. Spray painting: This needs to be placed on the surface of the cake through a certain mold, such as carved cardboard or a commercially available food pattern mold, and then the food pigment is sprayed on the surface of the cake with a spray gun or a powder spray bottle to form the required pattern.

4. Sieving: Sift the ingredients such as cocoa powder, matcha powder and moisture-proof sugar powder on the surface of the cake, and form the required pattern with a sieve and a mold. The molds here are the same as those painted.
