In this practice, I was assigned to xx community in xx store street as the assistant director, and I felt very happy and honored. In this half-month social practice, I sincerely thank the leaders and colleagues of the community for their careful guidance and meticulous care, from which I have benefited a lot. So, first of all, let me briefly summarize my main work during this period.

Anyone who has worked in the community knows that things in the community are very complicated. As the assistant director, I usually help the director to sort out some documents, consult relevant materials and convey the opinions of some residents. Although community work is messy and tedious, there are not many things, so I also help other colleagues to do what they can.

Secondly, what I feel deeply is director Wu's problem-solving ability and leadership ability. Especially in solving disputes between people, it shows the ability of leaders and a fair and just attitude. This is what I deserve to learn and what I lack. In the future study, I will definitely strengthen this exercise.
