Su Huoyi Civil Aircraft Company (scac) is a subsidiary of United Aviation Manufacturing Company, formerly known as Soviet Sukhoi Design Bureau, established in 1939 and headquartered in Moscow. After the disintegration of the Soviet Union, Sukhoi Design Bureau and Aviation Product Consortium (NAPO) were located in Novosibirsk.
