Publicity slogan of new safety production law

The Law of the People's Republic of China on Work Safety is formulated to strengthen the supervision and management of work safety, prevent and reduce production safety accidents, ensure the safety of people's lives and property, and promote economic development.

It was adopted and promulgated by the 28th meeting of the 9th the NPC Standing Committee of the People's Republic of China on June 29th, 22, and will come into force on November 1st, 22.

On August 31st, the 1th meeting of the 12th the NPC Standing Committee adopted the NPC Standing Committee's decision on amending the Law of the People's Republic of China on Work Safety, which will take effect on December 1st.

8. Strictly manage hazardous operation sites

9. Strictly prohibit the use of processes and equipment that endanger production safety

11. Strictly investigate and manage hidden dangers of accidents, and resolutely eliminate major hidden dangers of accidents

12. Strengthen and implement the main responsibility of production safety of production and business units

13. Any unit or individual has the right to report illegal acts and hidden dangers of production safety
