Where does Jiuli Luoyan Lake belong?

Jiuli Luoyan Lake is located in Jiuliguan, Tiepu Town, Luoshan, at the junction of Henan and Hubei. It is a part of Lingshan Scenic Area, located 50 kilometers north of Luoshan County.

Jiuliguan was formerly known as Grand Tunnel, Huangxianguan, Baiyanguan and Baiyanguan. In the early Han Dynasty, the county seat was located here, and this pass was renamed Jiuliguan because it was nine miles away from the county seat. In ancient times, this pass, together with Pingjingguan and Wushengguan in Xinyang today, was called "Ghost _" or "Tuo _", which is one of the nine blockade lines in the world. North into the Central Plains, south into Chu, only this Sandao Pass can cross. Lixian County is located in the Han Dynasty, and the county seat was built at the east foot of Jiuli Lingshan Mountain in Guanbei. During the Southern and Northern Dynasties, Tian Liang was imprisoned for three years. After Wei Yan surrounded Yiyang (now Xinyang), tens of thousands of people led by Cao and Wang Zengbing were able to save their lives. As they failed to break this obstacle, Yiyang was surrendered by Wei. Song Taizu and Zhao Kuangyin were defeated here. Song Yang Jiajiang once stationed troops here. In the last years of Song Baoyu, Kublai Khan of Mongolia and others parted ways and invaded the south, crossing the Huaihe River from Guangshan and entering the Lingshan of Jiuliguan. An inspection department will be set up here tomorrow. At the end of the Ming dynasty, the Qing army attacked, and the Ming generals Tian Tian died here. People built a general temple here to commemorate them. In the late Qing Dynasty, it was occupied by the Nian Army. During the democratic revolution, Lingshan area was the central area of Hubei, Henan and Anhui Soviet areas. During my stay in War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, I visited Lingshan many times and held a famous Lingshan Temple meeting in Lingshan Temple. 1969, the north-south pass was blocked, and jiepai Reservoir was built. 1997, it was renamed as Jiuli Luoyan Lake (because a big island in the reservoir looks like a wild goose).

Jiuli Luo Yan Lake covers an area of about 30 square kilometers, with a length of 4.5 kilometers, a width of 900 meters and a coastline of about 28 kilometers. The total reservoir capacity is 8,654.38 million cubic meters. Surrounded by mountains, the lake is beautiful and green. The fish in the lake are like birds and clouds, and the blue sky and white clouds fly to egrets, reflecting the sky in the lake. The scenic spot includes Jiuli Luoyan Lake, Luoyan Island, Concave Crystal Tian Zi, Mopanshi, Lion Island, Jiguanshi, pass the parcel and Guanzhenshan. Due to the excellent water quality, winding lakes and bays, numerous peninsulas, charming scenery and different bank slopes, it is a rare water recreation project and health resort.
