At the beginning of its establishment, Jincheng was mainly engaged in the contracting of some small trench projects. In the late 1960s, with the development of diversified economy in Hong Kong, Jincheng was able to seize the opportunity to rise. During the period of 10, Jincheng has successfully completed several engineering projects for power companies, governments and developers, and established a good reputation in the industry.

1985, Mr. Wang Guoqiang, who helped his father, Mr. Huang Jinhui, to handle business after school, moved to Canada in 13 and officially took over Jincheng, and constantly improved the quality management, and successively obtained a number of internationally recognized certificates of comprehensive management and environmental protection. This not only established Jincheng's pioneering position in the industry, but also made Jincheng's development scale expand rapidly, and developed into a diversified engineering construction group in 10 years.

In addition to promoting education in the two places, the foundation also provides assistance in medical services and reconstruction of disaster areas.
