Speech on protecting eyesight

A good speech can guide the audience and enable the audience to better understand the content of the speech. In the ever-changing modern society, more and more people are exposed to and use speech scripts. I believe writing speech scripts is a headache for many people. Below is the speech script I compiled on protecting eyesight. You are welcome to read it. I hope you all like it. . Speech on Protecting Eyesight 1

Teachers and students:

Good morning, everyone! When we raised our heads and watched the bright five-star red flag rising, have you ever thought about: What made us see this exciting scene? Yes, it was our eyes!

When you hold the hands of your parents and stroll along the tree-lined path, watching the green grass and flowers blooming on both sides When you sit in the classroom reading, looking at the blackboard, and looking into the teacher's eyes for knowledge, do you realize that you are lucky? Eyes are the windows to the soul, and what a blessing it is to have a pair of bright eyes. Each of us had a pair of bright eyes when we were young. However, gradually, due to improper reading and writing postures and excessive eye use, many people's vision continues to decline. According to data, the number of myopia people in our country has reached 10 million. Look at how many children around us wear glasses. It is urgent to protect their eyesight. To this end, I suggest that you do the following:

1. Be conscious, do eye exercises conscientiously and accurately, and pay attention Eye hygiene. Don't do eye exercises just for a checkup, but to better protect your eyes.

2. Develop good reading and writing habits. The reading and writing posture should be correct, the back should be straight, the neck should be kept upright, and the "three ones" should be achieved. The eyes should be one foot away from the book and the hands should be apart. The pen is an inch high, and the chest is a fist away from the table.

3. Do not read while lying down, do not read while walking, and do not read or write in places with dim or excessive light.

4. When watching TV or operating a computer, keep a certain eye distance and a correct sitting posture.

5. Ensure adequate sleep. Adequate sleep is an important factor in eliminating fatigue and restoring learning ability, and is also a major factor in maintaining good health.

Sixth, do more outdoor sports and often look far into the distance to rest your eyes, adjust your vision, and relieve fatigue.

7. Don’t have a partial eclipse, eat more dairy products, fish eggs, meat, etc., eat less sweets and foods with high sugar content, arrange our diet structure reasonably, and obtain sufficient nutrients from the diet. Eat more vegetables, especially foods containing multivitamins such as carrots.

It is not difficult to achieve the above points. As long as the students consciously implement them and the teachers, I believe that the students will have a pair of clearer and brighter eyes, and they will definitely have a broader and brighter world. The sky! Speech on protecting eyesight 2

Dear teacher, dear students:

Hello everyone!

The theme of my speech today is: making the vision more exciting. Therefore, the topic I formulated is to protect eyesight, starting with me.

As the saying goes, eyes are the windows to the soul. Only with eyes can we see the splendor of the world better, and with eyes can we feel the beauty of the world.

However, more and more people are wearing glasses nowadays, and some people even wear glasses at a very young age. The reasons for myopia in many people are mostly due to improper sitting posture, long-term use of electronic products, etc. . We should try our best to avoid wearing glasses. Because if you are short-sighted, wearing glasses will cause a lot of trouble. As far as I am concerned, when I walk into a warm room in winter, there will be a layer of water vapor on my glasses blocking my sight, making it difficult for me to see everything in front of me clearly. When I exercise, I had to take off my glasses, but I couldn't see clearly after taking them off. There are still many troubles caused by glasses, so how can we prevent myopia? I have listed the following suggestions for you:

1. You should take a break when using electronic products, preferably every 30 minutes.

2. Ensure adequate sleep, actively participate in outdoor sports, and insist on doing eye exercises every day.

3. Sit upright when doing homework. For example, the eyes are one foot away from the paper, the chest is one punch away from the table, the fingers are one inch away from the tip of the pen, etc.

4. Check your vision regularly. If myopia is discovered, correct it or wear glasses as soon as possible.

5. Arrange your diet reasonably and supplement enough vitamin A, B vitamins and vitamin C.

If you do the above five points, I believe you can greatly reduce the probability of myopia, mother We were given a pair. We must cherish bright eyes, because with eyes we can see the blue sky, and with eyes we can appreciate the magnificent rivers and mountains. Because only with a pair of bright eyes can we see the vastness of the world and detect the smallest details. So, protect your eyes! Start from me, start from now, let our vision be more exciting! Vision Protection Speech 3

We found that children often have problems with amblyopia, strabismus or not caring for their eyes, and various vision problems in adults are mostly caused by bad habits in childhood. Therefore, the content "I am the best at protecting my eyes" has certain educational value, which not only meets the practical needs of children, but also is conducive to their long-term development: it is not only close to children's lives, but also helpful to expand children's knowledge and experience.

1. Activity goals

1. Understand the importance of eye protection and master more knowledge about eye protection (vision).

2. Create “eye exercises” and experience the sense of success in bold expression.

3. Develop hand-eye coordination and creativity.

2. Activity preparation

Children’s knowledge and experience preparation: have certain common sense of eye protection; have experience in group discussions. Teacher knowledge and experience preparation: Fully understand the knowledge of eye protection in advance.

Preparation of teaching aids and learning tools: a pair of eye masks for each person, a homemade little field mouse finger puppet for each person; music tape "There is Me in Your Eyes"; eye protection knowledge courseware designed by the teacher; Make a set of cards about not taking care of your eyes and taking care of your eyes.

3. Activity process

The first link: Dark experience. Feel the importance of eyes.

Children put on blindfolds, experience the feeling of not being able to see things and the difficulties caused by it, and understand the importance of eyes in our lives.

Second link: Interaction between peers, teachers and children, and mastering more knowledge about eye protection (vision).

1. Let the children observe the picture cards on the table. Discussions were held around "How to protect eyes", and new knowledge about eye protection was obtained during the discussion. Teachers observed and listened to children and provided timely guidance.

2. Combined with the eye protection knowledge teaching courseware, summarize various common sense of eye protection with children, paying attention to the different expression methods of different children.

The third link: Create "Eye Exercises".

1. The teacher asks the children to take out the little vole finger puppet, and guides the children to imagine that they are owls, present the finger puppet in front of their eyes, and follow the little vole up, down, left, and right with their eyes to prevent the mouse from escaping. . This process can easily achieve the goal of making children's hands and eyes consistent and moving their eyeballs.

2. Teachers encourage children to design and create steps to move their eyes and relax their eyes according to the beat of the music.

3. Children are divided into groups to design and create, choose the best plan and compile their own eye exercises.

The fourth link: record "eye exercises" using graphic methods.

Teachers provide timely support, guidance, and help, encourage children to express themselves boldly, and record in their own way. Finally, display the children’s records.

IV. Activity extension

1. Make eye care a routine activity in the day.

2. Children take home the “Eye Exercises” design to remind themselves and their parents not to forget to protect their eyesight.

5. Reflection on activities

In the process of activity guidance, I pay attention to the "three most", that is, the largest observation (trying to observe each child and provide help in a timely manner); the smallest Intervention (the teacher does not intervene instead, highlighting the children as the main body): the most encouragement (affirming and encouraging the children's progress). in addition. Try to grasp the degree of "learning by playing". Let the children experience, discuss, play, and operate through the four links to gain new knowledge, fully express themselves, and achieve the goals of this activity.

Speech on Protecting Eyesight 4

Teachers and students:

Good morning everyone! When we raised our heads and watched the bright five-star red flag rising, have you ever thought: What made us see this exciting scene? Yes, it's our eyes!

When you hold the hands of your parents and stroll along the tree-lined paths, watching the green grass and flowers blooming on both sides, when you sit in the classroom reading, looking at the blackboard, and looking into the teacher’s eyes to gain knowledge. Do you realize that you are lucky? Eyes are the windows to the soul. What a blessing it is to have a pair of bright eyes. Each of us had a pair of bright eyes when we were young, and we had a sky full of stars on summer nights. But gradually, due to improper reading and writing postures and excessive use of eyes, many people's vision continues to decline, the blue sky is no longer clear, and the stars become hazy. According to data, the number of people with bad eyesight in our country is second only to Japan, which ranks first in the world, so it is also called "Chinese Eyes." The number of blind people in our country has reached 5 million, accounting for 18% of the total number of blind people in the world; and about 450,000 people go blind every year, which means that a new blind person appears almost every minute. The number of people with myopia in our country has reached 10 million. It is urgent to protect your eyesight. To this end, I suggest that you do the following:

1. "One Good": Do eye exercises conscientiously and accurately, and pay attention to eye hygiene.

2. Develop good reading and writing habits. The reading and writing posture should be correct, the back should be straight, the neck should be kept upright, and the "three ones" should be achieved. It is not difficult to achieve the above points. As long as the students consciously implement it and the teachers remind them at any time, I believe that the students will have a pair of clearer and brighter eyes and a brighter world. Bigger, clearer skies! Let’s work hard together for a better tomorrow! Speech Note 5 on Protecting Eyesight

Dear teacher and dear classmates:

Hello everyone! The title of today's speech under the banner of our country is "Protect Vision, Care for Eyes".

Eyes are the "windows to the soul", and everyone desires to have a pair of bright eyes. It can allow us to see the beautiful world; it can allow us to see beautiful mountains and rivers, rushing rivers, trickling streams, and quiet mountains and forests; it can allow us to appreciate the magic of science and technology, watch movies, and TV; and it can also allow us to discover the true feelings of the world. of great love. Even in our daily work and life, we cannot do without our eyes: eating, studying, entertainment, etc. Our eyes work tirelessly for us.

However, our eyes often face many challenges - according to relevant survey reports, the number of myopia patients in China is extremely large, ranking second in the world, and the sharp increase in myopia rates among teenagers has become a current hot issue. It is worth noting that according to a recently released report, China's myopia patients account for 33% of the world's total, 10% higher than the world average, making China the second most myopic country in the world after Japan. Currently, there are more than 300 million people wearing glasses in the country. The incidence of myopia among Chinese teenagers is as high as 50%-60%.

The reason is that watching TV and using computers for a long time are the main reasons for the sharp increase in the incidence of myopia among teenagers in our country. Therefore, we need some scientific methods to protect our eyes.

1. Use the Internet moderately and do not use the computer continuously for a long time.

Usually you need to take a 10-minute break every hour.

2. Don’t read too long. If you usually read books or read the time, it is best to take a 5-minute break every 30 minutes.

3. Sleep It is essential to have a regular work and rest schedule. Lack of sleep can easily lead to fatigue and pseudomyopia.

4. Do more outdoor sports, often look into the distance to relax your eye muscles, prevent myopia, and have more contact with nature. Green mountains and green fields are beneficial to the health of your eyes.

5. Have balanced nutrition, no partiality, and pay special attention to the intake of vitamin B.

Finally, I hope that everyone can use their eyes correctly, take good care of their eyes, protect their vision, cherish your eyes, and make good use of your vision! Only in this way can you observe the six directions, see clearly, and understand the world. . Students, eyes are the windows to the soul, please cherish them and take good care of them. I wish everyone has a pair of clear and bright eyes!

Thank you everyone! Speech Note 6 on Protecting Eyesight

Hello everyone.

In today’s society, many underage students have poor eyesight and wear glasses. Wearing glasses is not only unsightly and inconvenient, but also bad eyesight is also a manifestation of disease. Therefore, we must strengthen measures , protect our eyes.

First of all, you have to set a time for yourself when watching TV or playing computer games. It is endless and you stare at it without blinking. Over time, your eyes will naturally be affected. Also note that some TV screens are blurry, so don’t watch them. Computer animation games have bright colors and fast changes, which are more likely to damage your eyes, so try not to play them.

When doing homework, pay attention to your posture, your back should be straight, your eyes should be a foot away from the book, and your head should never be buried in the book. Don’t read or write for too long. Relax your eyes for half an hour, close your eyes for a while, and then look outside for a minute or two. If you can go out often, get in touch with nature, and look at the green mountains and green waters, it will be even more beneficial to your eyes.

Nowadays, in addition to writing homework assigned by school teachers, some students also have to do homework assigned by their parents, which not only makes us unable to relax mentally, but also hurts our eyes. Just imagine, you are doing homework endlessly, always staring at the textbook. After doing it for a long time, your posture will be wrong without realizing it. Because you are rushing to complete the task, who will remember to "look into the distance" every once in a while? I think parents should also pay attention to this. Although you don't want us to be nearsighted, and you are actively trying to find ways, such as eye drops, vision correction, etc., but I think "burden reduction" is the most important thing.

Students, teachers, and parents, eyes are an important organ of our human body. Without good eyes, the world will be dark for us, and it will also bring great inconvenience to our lives. So, let us protect our eyes together.

My speech is over, thank you everyone! Speech Note 7 on Protecting Eyesight

We are today because of material prosperity. Social development and a series of reasons. Our eyes have long been exhausted by us.

As the saying goes: "The eyes are the windows to the soul." That's right, with a pair of bright eyes, you can enjoy all the beautiful things in the world, and you can see many, many beautiful things.

I know that nowadays, we study hard, take exams non-stop, and our brains that work all day often cannot fall asleep until late at night. However, we should also protect our eyes, take good care of our eyes, and have time to look at the big trees and grass outside the window.

I know some people will say indifferently, it’s just a matter of getting a pair of glasses. But have you ever thought about the troubles caused by wearing glasses? When you don't wear glasses and people come to say hello to you from a short distance away, can you tell the difference?

When you walk in the dark without glasses, you may fall down. In addition, wearing glasses for a long time will cause dizziness and swollen eyes. It is also easy to break, and it is still difficult to see clearly even after wearing it in foggy weather.

So we must take care of ourselves and protect our eyes. In the eyes of young people, the world should be bright and clear, with clear skies and clear clouds.

To take good care of our eyes, we can do the following:

1. Look more at green, such as grass and big trees.

2. Do eye exercises on time every day and complete them carefully

3. Don’t play computer for too long. You should take a break after about 2 hours.

4. When reading, do not lower your head too low or read while lying on the bed.

5. In addition to sleeping, take some time to close your eyes every day. Your eyes need to rest.

6. Don’t be partial to an eclipse, eat more dairy products, fish eggs, and meat, eat less sweets and high-sugar foods, arrange your diet reasonably, and get sufficient nutrients from your diet. Eat more vegetables, especially carrots and other multivitamin-rich foods.

It is not difficult to achieve the above points. As long as the students consciously implement it and the teacher reminds them at any time, I believe that the students will have a pair of clear and bright eyes and a broader and clearer sky. , let us work together for a better tomorrow! Vision Protection Speech No. 8

Take care of your eyes. From now on, the eyes are one of the most important sensory organs of the human body. 90% of external information comes from the eyes. Having a pair of healthy and bright eyes is everyone’s wish. Students who enter the school gate begin the most basic and long study life in life. At the same time, the burden on their eyes begins to increase. Learning how to care for their eyes is essential common sense for every student.

First of all, take good care of your eyes and form good hygiene habits. Eyes are in contact with the outside world and are susceptible to infection by various germs. You should develop a good habit of not rubbing your eyes with your hands, because there are a lot of germs on your hands. Rubbing your eyes is equivalent to "planting" germs directly into your eyes. The good habit of not rubbing your eyes can keep infectious eye diseases such as pink eye away.

Secondly, take good care of your eyes and choose a good writing and reading environment.

Write and read in a good environment, and do not write or read in places with very dark or strong light. At home, it is best to use a 25 to 40 watt white light desk lamp with adjustable brightness. If a chandelier is used, it should be placed directly in front of the seat. It uses 60 watts at a distance of 1 meter and 100 watts at a distance of 2 meters.

Choose a good reading environment and do not read in a shaking car. Some students make full use of their time and read while walking or in a moving carriage, which is very harmful to their eyes. Because the carriage is vibrating and the body is shaking, the distance between the eyes and the book cannot be fixed, and the lighting conditions are not good, which increases the burden on the eyes. Often this may cause myopia.

Thirdly, to take good care of your eyes, you should correct bad reading habits and develop good eye-use habits. Take good care of your eyes and do not lie down to read or watch TV. Many students like to read in bed, which is a bad habit. Because people's eyes should be kept horizontal when reading to reduce eye fatigue. If you lie down and read a book, your eyes are not level, the distance between your eyes and the book is inconsistent, the line of sight of the two eyes is inconsistent up and down, and the illumination on the book is uneven, it will strain the adjustment of the eyes and it is easy to move the book closer to the eyes, which can aggravate the problem. The burden on the eyes is 2-3 times, which may lead to myopia over time.

Take good care of your eyes and pay attention to developing correct reading and writing postures. You should maintain a straight posture, sit facing the table, and keep your eyes 33 centimeters away from the book. Don’t read printing that has fonts that are too small or blurry. Take good care of your eyes and take breaks when using them. Take a 5-10 minute break every 40 minutes of continuous writing or reading or look into the distance for a while to avoid excessive eye fatigue. When watching TV, keep your eyes about 6-8 times the size of the TV screen. You must take a 5-10 minute break every 30 minutes, and you must not watch TV continuously for more than 1 hour.

To take good care of your eyes, you should pay attention to cultivating good and reasonable eating habits. Good and reasonable eating habits are helpful for eye health. Eat a balanced diet and not be picky about food. Regular intake of foods rich in vitamin A, such as carrots, tomatoes, dark green and dark yellow vegetables, and egg yolks, all have a health care effect on the eyes.

Take care of your eyes and do more exercise: do more outdoor sports, have more contact with nature, and see more green scenery in the distance. When doing activities, pay attention to safety and prevent eye injuries.

Take good care of your eyes and students should also check their vision regularly. for timely correction and treatment. In fact, taking care of your eyes is something that must be done every day. It needs to start with some small things in daily life. Classmates, for your beautiful and bright eyes, to see a brighter future, take care of your eyes, let’s take action! Vision Protection Speech 9

Dear leaders, teachers, dear students:

Good morning everyone!

I am Zhou Jiajin from Class 1202.

Today, I am honored to speak on behalf of the students under this flying five-star red flag. The title of my speech is - Protecting eyesight starts with yourself.

Grass on the top, grass on the bottom, and a black grape in the middle. Do you know what it is? Yes, this is the first of the facial features of the human body - the eyes. It is said that the eyes are the windows to the soul, and everyone hopes to have bright eyes. Unfortunately, I neglected to take care of my eyes in the later stages of elementary school, so that when I graduated from elementary school, I always squinted when I saw things. look. When I entered junior high school, my eyesight was severely reduced, so my mother had no choice but to take me to the hospital to get glasses. At first, I was quite happy about it, but gradually I discovered that wearing glasses is actually not a good thing, it is inconvenient. After wearing them for a long time, my eyes and nose are not very comfortable. Especially in winter, when the glasses are blown by the heat, I can't see clearly. It's very awkward. I also gradually understand the pain and helplessness of those students who wear myopia glasses. . I truly feel how important it is to cherish vision and how lucky I am to have a pair of good eyes.

Therefore, I decided to start with me and take good care of my eyes, and also encourage everyone around me to take good care of their eyes and not harm them. As long as you do the following, your vision will not decline:

1. Pay attention to using your eyes moderately. After using your eyes for a long time, look far away to reduce eye fatigue.

2. Pay attention to hand hygiene and do not rub your eyes with hands that have touched other things.

3. Do more eye exercises.

4. Do not lie down and read or read in dim or bright light, otherwise it will cause a sharp decline in vision.

5. Don’t indulge too much in games, computers or TV.

6. Don’t use your eyes for too long. Give your eyes a rest every half hour. At the same time, more vitamin A, carotene and vitamin B2 should be supplemented, which is one of the key points of eye protection. During the learning process, we should pay attention to the balance between work and rest, and participate in more physical exercises. Students who already wear glasses should not be discouraged, adjust slowly and do it in the correct way to gradually reduce the degree; those who do not wear glasses should pay more attention, otherwise a pair of beautiful big eyes will only be covered by a pair of big eyes. Behind the glasses, that is not coolness and fashion, but pain!

Students, let each of us have a pair of bright eyes to observe and feel this beautiful and colorful world. Let us start from now on, protect our eyes, be the little nurses of our eyes, always take care of them, love them, and let us protect our eyesight together!

Thank you everyone! Speech No. 10 on Protecting Eyesight

Dear teachers and students:

Hello everyone:

The title of my speech today is: Protecting Eyes.

In today’s society, many underage students have reduced vision and wear glasses. Wearing glasses is neither beautiful nor convenient. At the same time, poor eyesight is also a manifestation of a disease. Therefore, we should strengthen Take measures to protect our eyes.

First of all, you should set a time for yourself when watching TV or playing computer games. If you stare at the screen endlessly for a long time, your eyes will naturally be affected. Also note that some TV screens are blurry and cannot be seen. Computer animation games are brightly colored and change quickly, and are more likely to hurt your eyes, so try not to play them.

When doing homework, pay attention to your posture, your back should be straight, your eyes should be one foot away from the book, and your head must not be buried in the book. Don't read or write for too long. Let your eyes relax for half an hour, close your eyes and rest for a while, and then look outside for a minute or two. It will be more beneficial to your eyes if you can go out often, get in touch with nature, and see the green mountains and green waters.

Nowadays, in addition to the homework assigned by the school teacher, some of our students also have to do the homework assigned by their parents, which not only makes us unable to relax, but also hurts our eyes.

Just imagine, you are doing homework endlessly, always staring at the textbook. After doing it for a long time, your sitting posture is not straight. Because you are rushing to complete the task, who will remember every once in a while? "View from afar" once? I think parents should pay attention to this too. Although our parents don’t want us to be nearsighted, and they are actively thinking of ways to do it, such as eye drops and vision correction, I think “reducing the burden” is the most important thing.

Students, teachers, parents, eyes are important organs of our body. The world with poor eyesight is dark to us and will bring great inconvenience to our lives. So, let’s protect our eyes together.

This concludes my speech, thank you all! Vision Protection Speech No. 11

Dear teachers and students:

Hello everyone!

"The eyes are the windows to the soul", but among us, more and more students' "windows" have become blurred, so that they have to wear glasses to ensure that they can see clearly. thing. Eyes are important organs for us to receive information from the outside world, and vision is also very important information in our lives!

I believe everyone has tried it. When we close our eyes, even in the seats we are most familiar with, we dare not walk as we did in the past, let alone in unfamiliar places. Got it! Nowadays, with the development and progress of information technology, the Internet and electronic products have brought us a different world and fun. This is supposed to increase our knowledge and have fun after dinner. However, some students have insufficient self-control and cannot prioritize business and entertainment, so they spend a lot of time on computers and games every day! I even learned that some students were addicted to the computer for several days during the holidays! When I heard the news, I was very shocked!

Yes, games are indeed interesting, and electronic products have also brought us very convenient lives. However, being addicted to these not only wastes too much of our time, but even causes serious damage to our precious eyes! Now that we are in a critical period of reading and studying, daily use of our eyes is essential. If our eyes are already tired and we still use them to look at electronic screens for a long time, it will cause serious or even irreversible damage!

Students, life without vision is very troublesome. We are only at the stage of learning and there is still a long way to go in life. We must take action to protect our vision! To this end, I suggest you:

1. Reduce the time you use electronic products every day and strengthen self-management

Reducing does not mean not using them. After all, electronic products help us a lot, and they can also Relax yourself. But we must learn to manage and use the Internet and electronic products appropriately to bring growth to ourselves instead of harm.

2. Increase outdoor activity time

Outdoor activities are sports under the sun. They can not only divert our attention, but also exercise and increase immunity. This is Good habits that must be maintained!

3. Insist on doing eye exercises

Daily eye exercises are the protection we must adhere to. This is not only the protection of the eyes, but also helps us develop a love for the eyes. Good eye habits.

4. Improve bad habits in life

Many students do not protect our most fragile eyes carefully and often have some bad habits. Such as: rubbing your eyes with your hands, reading in the sun...etc. We should learn more about eye health to protect our eyes from harm.

Students, vision is an extremely important thing for us, we must cherish and pay attention to it! Let us "care for our eyes and protect our vision" in our future lives together, so that our eyes will become brighter and brighter!

Thank you everyone! Vision Protection Speech No. 12

On September 25, 1992, Wang Yanhua, a professor of ophthalmology, and Geng Guanyi, a professor of epidemiology at Tianjin Medical University proposed the establishment of an "Eye Love Day" in China for the first time in the country, and it was held in Tianjin. The first National Eye Care Day Symposium. In 1996, 12 ministries and commissions including the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education, the Central Youth League, and the China Disabled Persons' Federation jointly issued a notice designating June 6 as "National Eyes Day."

How does students’ myopia develop? According to relevant reports, myopia in teenagers is most commonly caused by long-term use of eyes too close to each other. Teenagers’ eyes have a strong ability to adjust. When the distance between the book and their eyes reaches 7-10 cm, they can still read. Very clear.

However, if they often read and write at this distance, the adjustment of the eyes will be extremely strained, resulting in refractive (accommodative) myopia, which is the so-called pseudomyopia.

To have healthy vision, you should do the following:

1. Reading posture must be correct. When reading, the distance between the book and the eyes should be 30-35 centimeters. Reading while sitting is better than lying down, because it is difficult to keep the distance between the eyes equal when lying down, resulting in unbalanced eye muscle development on both sides.

Don’t read while walking, riding in a car, boat, or airplane, because the swing of the body makes the distance between the eyes and the book uncertain, increasing the burden on the eye muscles to adjust, and easily causing myopia.

2. The writing posture must be correct. When writing, both arms should be of equal length on the table. One longer and one shorter will tilt the body; keep a fist's distance between your chest and the back edge of the table. Therefore, keep your eyes about 1 foot away from the book or exercise book.

3. The time spent watching computers, playing video games and watching TV should not be too long. You should stop after about an hour.

4. Check your vision regularly. If myopia is found, corrective measures should be taken.

We often say that the eyes are the windows to the soul. We must protect them and take good care of them, so that we can use them to clearly understand and observe the world we live in. So, let us take action to protect our eyesight, prevent and treat myopia, and give ourselves a clear world and a better life!
