1. From now on, all units and individuals who purchase imported cold-chain food from Weifang must report to the local county-level market supervision department 24 hours before the food arrives, and strictly implement the requirements of claiming certificates and tickets, checking the "COVID-19 nucleic acid test certificate" and the disinfection certificate of imported cold-chain food goods; Filing can be done by telephone, fax, email, etc. The record contents include the name of the producer and operator, the name, specification, quantity, production date or batch number of the food, the name, address and contact information of the supplier, etc. The county-level market supervision department shall disclose the telephone, fax and e-mail contact information to the public through the department website and plain text. Second, units and individuals involved in the transportation, storage, processing, sub-packaging and sales of imported cold-chain foods must establish purchase ledgers and wholesale sales ledgers, timely and accurately input the purchase and sale behavior information into the "Shandong Cold-chain Food Epidemic Prevention and Control Management System", and check the "COVID-19 nucleic acid detection certificate" and the proof that the imported cold-chain food goods have been disinfected. Sales must be carried out at the counter and are not allowed to be mixed with other foods. Consumers' real-name registration or scanning code to pay for sales ensures the traceability of the whole process.
Three, imported cold chain food business units should do a good job in food storage and transportation areas, means of transport, goods packaging and other related supplies and appliances cleaning and disinfection, and strengthen risk investigation and environmental remediation. Five, cold chain food practitioners appear suspicious symptoms, immediately to the quarantine observation, and report to the local county-level disease control departments and epidemic prevention and control leading institutions, on the premise of personal protection, car transport to designated medical institutions, to carry out COVID-19 nucleic acid laboratory investigation.
