Non-road mobile machinery refers to in-use non-road mobile machinery that meets the national standards and below, mainly including but not limited to the following types of machinery: excavators, bulldozers, loaders, rollers, pavers, graders, trenchers, piling machinery, forklifts, cranes, loading and unloading machinery, tractors, etc.

Off-road mobile machinery refers to machinery used on off-road, including: machinery that can be driven by itself and operated together with other functions;

A machine that cannot be driven by itself, but is designed to move from one place to another.
