How to read the street signs in the city?

This is a road sign in Beijing. It is different from other places, it is closer to the map. What roads are there ahead, turn left and right, and which roads or main positions will be reached in brackets. The picture shows that the intersection ahead is the south exit of Gaodong Road, go straight to Chaoyang North Road (straight to the Red Scarf Bridge on the East Fourth Ring Road, which is mistaken for Dongsi Bridge in the picture), turn left for 2 kilometers to reach Chaoyang Road (this is a suburb, and the urban standard is what road is on the left, and Chaoyang Road is in brackets below). The direction of the upper left corner is easy to understand.

In other cities, I saw it in the street view of Baidu map. The road marked with three directions and the road marked in the following words can probably be understood as enclosing a box. The upper side shows what the next horizontal road is, the right side shows what the vertical main road is, and the left side shows what the vertical main road is. Big cities such as Shanghai and Shenzhen will be in three directions and will list more columns. It is not as clear as Beijing, and it is difficult to figure out what the three directions of the intersection are. The information in brackets in Beijing is similar to that in other places.
