3. Focus on creating safe justice and effectively safeguard social stability

1. Improve mediation organizations. In view of the large changes in mediators, we insist on adjusting the grassroots mediation committees every year and continuously enrich the mediation team. At present, there are 417 mediation organizations and 1,585 mediators in the region. Among them, there are 17 town-level adjustment committees with 142 people, 387 rural and community adjustment committees with 1,394 people, and 13 factory, mining, enterprise and market adjustment committees with 49 people. A sound mediation organization provides organizational guarantee for doing a good job.

2. Strengthen standardization construction. The Standardization People's Mediation Committee's striving activities were carried out, and rules and regulations such as the mediator's job responsibility system, dispute registration and investigation, return visits, and feedback were introduced. Electronic management of mediator files has been implemented, and a working mechanism of "three-level network, standardized construction, and fragmented contracting" has been initially formed.

3. Dispute mediation work. The policy is to combine regulation with prevention and to focus on prevention, and to focus on preventing the intensification of conflicts to mediate and resolve various disputes. (3) Community correction work

4. Promote the healthy economic development of the region by providing high-quality legal services as a platform

5. Existing problems
