On several abilities of editing supplementary books.

This paper holds that cultivating and improving the comprehensive literacy ability of editors of supplementary books is an important prerequisite and guarantee for publishing high quality supplementary books. Teaching aid books are published products with China characteristics, which occupy an important position in the publishing market in China. Editors, especially responsible editors, as important "gatekeepers" in the publication of supplementary books, play an important role in the whole process of publishing supplementary books, have important responsibilities, and play an important role in the planning of topic selection, manuscript collection and review, editing and processing, publishing and marketing of supplementary books. It can be said that the quality and ability of editing supplementary books, as well as the wisdom and labor invested, have an important impact on the quality of supplementary books. The author believes that it is imperative and urgent to strengthen the cultivation of comprehensive literacy ability of teaching-assisted book editors, which is an important prerequisite and guarantee for creating high-quality teaching-assisted books. To cultivate and improve the quality and ability of teaching assistant book editors, we should start from the following aspects: First, professional literacy ability. The professional literacy ability and level of editors are the basic conditions for engaging in editing work, which directly affects the quality of books. Of course, the most basic professional quality of teaching assistant book editors is the content of editing business, such as writing ability and editing and proofreading ability; In addition, there are related information collection and identification capabilities. However, certain theoretical literacy and good professional ethics are the basis of editors' professional literacy. As an editor of supplementary books, we should be familiar with the relevant policies of the state, including both publishing and education laws and policies, and conscientiously implement them in our own editing practice, and resolutely do nothing illegal. For example, many teaching AIDS are used together with textbooks, which often involve copyright issues.
