1. Organize enrollment work in strict accordance with procedures

(1) Strengthen organizational leadership and formulate enrollment plans. Education departments in each district must attach great importance to kindergarten enrollment. In accordance with the principles of "appropriate age priority, admission without examination, fairness and justice, and hierarchical management", scientifically formulate and implement public kindergarten enrollment work plans, strengthen guidance on private kindergarten enrollment, and ensure that enrollment work is open and open. Safe, stable and standardized. Kindergartens are not allowed to set up preschool classes that teach primary school curriculum content in advance.
