1. Early installation

2. Install the temperature control line

Slot the distributor-water collector and prepare to bury the temperature control line. And put relevant temperature control lines around it for connection.

3. Install the underwater water collector

It is very important to install the assembled distribution manifold, which must be designed in advance according to the actual situation of the owner's house.

4. Complete installation

After the temperature control line is buried and the water distributor is installed in the designated position, the ground insulation layer and heating pipeline can be laid. Although these parts seem easy, in fact, some small details are very important. For example, after the ground pipelines are laid, acceptance tests should be conducted to ensure normal use.

5. Laying insulation layer

First, cut the insulation board according to the actual size, and then lay it, leaving a gap for the pipeline when laying. First lay insulation board, then lay reflective film. When laying, the insulation board should be attached tightly, and the edges of the two reflective films should also be glued with adhesive tape. Then lay a steel wire mesh on it, and the edges of the two steel wire meshes should be connected with special ties, and finally the pipeline can be installed.

6. Laying pipelines

In order to prevent heat loss, it is necessary to place a special insulation sleeve on the pipeline from distribution manifold to the installation room. Connect the insulated pipe to the water distributor and connect one end of the pipe to the temperature control valve. When laying the pipeline, the corners of the pipeline must be carefully tied with tie tapes, and then fixed with special plastic cards to prevent looseness. After the pipeline is laid, put this end of the pipeline on the casing and send it back to the water separator for fixing, so that all the pipelines for floor heating are laid.

Inhibition test

Inject cold water into the laid pipeline. After the pipeline is filled with water, use a special press to pump it in at a pressure of 10kg.
