How to write letters? (whole process)

Write a title at the beginning of the letter, such as Dear XXX or Dear XXX, and then add a colon.

There are two blanks at the beginning of the text. You can say hello first, for example, how are you doing? Before you write down what you want to say, look up and start a new line.

After writing what you want to say, you should look up and write the word "Zhu" in two blanks, and then look up and write a congratulatory message in the other upper blank, such as: good health and all the best.

Write your signature in the lower right corner of the article. Remember to write your name first, and then write the date on another line.

Example:

("_" indicates a space)

Dear XX (or dear, etc. ):

_ _ Hello!

_ _ (Text)

I am here to convey

_ _ salute!

_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ (name)

_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ (date)

Ps: (note: handwritten letters are used when you remember what to write after writing the above contents)

Origin:

A letter is a private communication addressed to a specific recipient. In addition to protecting private secrets, copyright protection is generally given to letters as written works.

In many countries, almost all letters are regarded as literary works, such as France, India, Britain and the United States. Some copyright laws explicitly list letters in protected works (such as Brazil, Nigeria, Philippines and other countries).

There are also some countries whose copyright laws have special provisions to protect letters, such as Argentina, Colombia and Costa Rica. According to the copyright laws of many countries, letters can only be protected in creative situations, rather than simply exchanging information or general communication, such as Austria, Belgium, the German Democratic Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, Haiti, Italy, Japan, Scandinavia and the Soviet Union.
