The former site of the Third Hall of the Political Department of the Military Commission of the National Government is located in Wuhan No.14 Middle School, which is an early school building in China. 1938, with the cooperation of the state, the political department moved to Wuhan, and three pavilions were established, with Guo Moruo as the director and Zhou Enlai, the vice minister of the political department, as the direct leader, bringing together more than 300 cultural elites. At that time, most of the houses in the three pavilions had been destroyed, leaving only a two-story building with brick and wood structure, which was the staff housing of that year.

From the first shot of Huanghuagang to the birth of the flag with nine horns and eighteen stars, our revolutionary ancestors explained the spirit and fighting spirit of reformers with their lives.
