Based on the current needs of epidemic prevention and control in Jiulongpo District, in accordance with the "New Coronavirus Pneumonia Prevention and Control Plan" and the "Notice on Further Optimizing the Prevention and Control Measures of the New Coronavirus Epidemic to Scientifically and Accurately Do Prevention and Control Work" related According to regulations, after expert judgment and research by the district epidemic prevention and control headquarters, new high-risk areas for epidemics in the jurisdiction are as follows:

2. Prevention and Control Measures

Implement lockdown measures, and during this period, "do-to-door services will be provided without leaving home"

, arrange 24-hour patrols to prevent people from going out and strictly ensure that they stay at home. For those who really need to go out for medical treatment or other special needs, they must make arrangements through coordination with the community prevention and control office, implement dedicated personnel and dedicated cars, ensure personal protection throughout the process, and implement closed-loop management.

2. The business premises are temporarily closed.

3. Suspend all gathering activities and dinner parties in the area.

4. People from outside the area are not allowed to enter the area, and special personnel such as life support personnel can not come into contact with daily supplies and other support while taking good protection.

5. Conduct temperature checks and symptom inquiries every morning and afternoon, and fill in the health monitoring registration form.

6. After the implementation of lockdown management, nucleic acid testing will be carried out at the corresponding frequency. There will be no new infections for 5 consecutive days and all personnel in the risk area on the 5th day will complete a round of nucleic acid screening and all will be negative. According to the procedures, Disease control experts will report to the Municipal Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters for approval after making a judgment; if new infections are found within 5 days, the starting time will be postponed again.

7. Provide psychological counseling, provide daily supplies, and implement medical and other services for special groups such as patients with chronic diseases; standardize disinfection and garbage classification and disposal.
