First of all, in all equestrian sports, horses must be given priority.

Second, the health of horses is higher than the needs of breeders, coaches, riders, horse owners, businessmen, organizers, organizers and officials.

Three, all nursing measures and veterinary treatment must ensure the health and welfare of horses.

Four, encourage the use of high standards of horse nutrition, health, safety and environmental sanitation, and always maintain it.

Five, during the transportation of horses, feeding, drinking water, ventilation and maintaining environmental hygiene must be fully prepared.

Six, driving equestrian training and practical education to promote horse health research activities.

Seven, for the benefit of horses, we must also care about the health and ability of riders.

Eight, all riding and training methods must take into account that horses are living entities, and it is absolutely forbidden to use the technology that the FIA has confirmed as horse abuse.

9. Equestrian associations in various countries should be properly supervised so that all individuals and groups can give priority to the welfare of horses within their own authority.

Ten, not only in international competitions, but also in training, we must abide by national and international equestrian rules and regulations that have nothing to do with the health and welfare of horses, so we should always read and review the rules of the competition.
