Article 14 If an employee has any of the following circumstances, he shall be deemed to be a work-related injury:

Article 16 If an employee complies with the provisions of Articles 14 and 15 of these Regulations, but has any of the following circumstances, he shall not be recognized as a work-related injury or deemed to be a work-related injury:

(1) Intentionally committing a crime;

(2) Being drunk or taking drugs;

(3) Self-mutilation or suicide.
