Standard of Physical Exercise for Public Security Police

Article 1 In order to implement the outline of the national fitness plan and the Interim Measures for the Assessment of the Basic Quality of the People's Police of Public Security Organs, promote and encourage the public security police to actively participate in physical exercise, enhance their physical fitness, improve their combat effectiveness, and better serve the defense of socialist modernization, the Standard for Physical Exercise for Public Security Police (hereinafter referred to as the Police Standard) is formulated.

Article 2 The "Police Emblem" is implemented in public security organs and public security colleges throughout the country, and the border defense, fire fighting and security systems are implemented with reference to the actual conditions of the army.

Article 3 Public security colleges should closely combine the implementation of Police Standards with the implementation of National Physical Training Standards and College Students' Physical Education Qualification Standards, and bring them into the police physical education teaching plan.

Article 4 The China Pioneer Sports Association shall be responsible for the implementation of the Police Standard, and the local pioneer sports associations at all levels shall implement it in a planned and organized manner in conjunction with relevant departments.

Grouping and projects

Article 5? According to gender and age, physical exercise is divided into seven groups of men and six groups of women.

1, a group of young men and women: under 25 years old (including students from public security colleges);

2. Young men and women: 26 to 30 years old;

3. Three groups of young men and women: 3 1 to 35 years old;

4. Four groups of young men and women: 36 to 40 years old;

5. Middle-aged men and women: 4 1 to 45 years old;

6. Middle-aged men and women: 46 to 50 years old.

7. Three groups of middle-aged men: 5 1 to 55 years old.

Article 6? There are four categories in this standard, including seven groups of men and six groups of women.

Class I events: 100 meter race, 10 meter× 4 round trip race;

Category II events: 800m running, 1000m running, 1500m running, 1500m walking, 2000m walking, 1 min skipping;

The third kind of events: 1 min sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups, parallel bars arm flexion and extension;

The fourth category: standing long jump and vertical jump.

Evaluation and standards

Article 7? On the basis of regular drills, the implementation unit shall organize the participants to conduct assessment according to the test rules.

Article 8? Participants choose one from each type of sports to participate in the evaluation and complete it within the specified time.

Article 9? The evaluation results are scored with a percentage system. According to the total score of the participants after completing the four kinds of project tests, the standard grade is determined.

Article 10? The standard is divided into three grades: passing, good and excellent.

The passing standard is 200 to 275, with an average of more than 50 points.

A good standard is 276 to 335 points, with an average of more than 70 points.

Excellent standards range from 336 to 400, with an average score of more than 85.

Article 11? Participants fail in the following situations:

1, failed to complete the specified assessment items within the specified time;

2, there is a kind of project assessment results below 35 points (excluding 35 points).

Article 12? Units that have made remarkable achievements in the implementation of this standard shall be commended by the higher authorities.

Thirteenth meet the excellent standards, issued a certificate.

Excellent standard certificate is produced by China Pioneer Sports Association and issued by pioneer sports associations or related units around the country.

Fourteenth border, fire and public security forces can refer to the actual implementation.

Fifteenth this standard applies to the people's police of public security organs who are healthy and have no major diseases and disabilities.

Article 16 This standard shall be implemented as of 2011,and the Physical Training Standard for Public Security Police (for Trial Implementation) shall be abolished at the same time.

Article 17? This standard is interpreted by China Avant-garde Sports Association.
