Characteristics of Yanshi silver bar

Silver bars, also known as herbivorous silkworms, arhat dishes, spiral dishes and so on. In northwest China, it is commonly known as "Diling", and its scientific name is Miao Yin and Yintiaocai. It is a perennial herb of Stachys in Labiatae, and it is a vegetable with underground stems as its edible part. The underground stem is white, the meat is crisp and tender, there is no fiber, the taste is sweet, the water is abundant, and the nutrition is rich. It can be fried, boiled or cooled. Diling is a special plant growing in semi-arid and semi-desert soil in western China. Silver bars are light-loving and moisture-resistant, especially suitable for cultivation in sandy soil. The curing period of silver bars is about 300 days, and the average yield per mu is 1800-2500 kg.
