For most students, earning money is the primary purpose of working. Some people think that earning money is not the only purpose of college students to work. Many students regard working as an opportunity to participate in social practice and improve their abilities. Many schools also actively encourage college students to get in touch with and understand the society. On the one hand, they can apply the theoretical knowledge they have learned to practice and improve their abilities in all aspects. On the other hand, accumulating work experience is of great benefit to future employment. Through investigation, we can understand contemporary college students' views on social practice and analyze their life practice, thus combining Marxist philosophy to analyze the problems existing in college students' social practice and put forward solutions, so that college students can correctly treat social practice and learn from it. In the future practice, we can better contact the society, practice our professional skills and find opportunities for development.

survey object: it is a common concern of colleges and universities that college students grow into talents. The social practice of college students has become an important part of cultivating qualified college students, and it must not be ignored or abandoned. Therefore, this survey selected 5 college students, including 2 from Guangzhou University, 1 from Sun Yat-sen University, 1 from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, 5 from South China University of Technology and 5 from Guangdong University of Technology. The grades are 5 freshmen, 3 sophomores and 15 juniors respectively.

survey content: this survey is carried out by asking whether college students have participated in summer jobs, part-time jobs or internships, what kind of social practice they want to participate in most, whether the jobs or internships they have participated in are consistent with their majors, whether they can reflect the combination of practice and theoretical knowledge, and what they have gained in their work or internships.

survey method: by distributing questionnaires, 5 questionnaires were distributed and 5 valid questionnaires were collected. (See the appendix for the questionnaire and statistics)

Survey results: From the survey, it is found that many college students think that part-time job is the second "classroom" for college students, and they can learn a lot of valuable things through part-time job. "Existence is reasonable". There is no distinction between high and low occupations. No matter what occupation has its merits and demerits, it depends on your own needs. Many college students feel that as long as they can make money, they can try it. Brand agency, promotion and other jobs that were not used by college students have now become acceptable jobs for college students.

52% of the students think that if they want to participate in social practice, the most ideal thing is to go to enterprises and institutions for internship exchange, followed by part-time jobs or part-time jobs, accounting for 4%; 56% of the students have worked part-time, 2% have worked in summer jobs, and 14% have participated in internships, indicating that only 1% have never done it; Nowadays, college students work part-time or part-time. Apart from tutoring (14%) and online practice (6%), more and more college students are engaged in simple jobs that do not require special skills, such as distributing leaflets, promoting goods (22%), selling on campus (14%) and working as a restaurant waiter (8%), but they are far from their professional knowledge. Only 38% of them can apply the theoretical knowledge in university to practice, and 66% of them are satisfied with their extracurricular practical ability in practice or work; 12% students think that part-time job is to prepare for future job hunting. When choosing the purpose of internship or part-time job, 32 students choose "contact with society and accumulate work experience", accounting for 64% of the total, and "earn living expenses", accounting for 2%. According to the number of students, the main purpose of college students' part-time job is to make money and enrich themselves. Nowadays, college students have attached great importance to part-time jobs. Although money is a certain factor, it should be considered by more students to hope that the experience gained through part-time jobs will be helpful for future employment. College students have great flexibility in working hours, which should be related to their relaxed learning environment. 56% people will choose to practice or work during holidays, 3% will choose any time when there is no class, and 12% will choose weekends. There are 31 people who think that they are in favor of reasonable part-time jobs or part-time internships on the basis of not affecting their studies, 19 people are in favor of part-time jobs and no one opposes them. 54% people suggested that schools should provide internship opportunities in addition to career guidance and professional courses, 22% thought schools should provide employment experience, and 12% chose quality development and career planning.

Analysis of survey results:

In the survey, it was found that no one chose to participate in the activities of "going to the countryside" in social practice, indicating that compared with previous college students, contemporary college students have relatively superior study experience, living conditions and social environment, and have not received necessary frustration education. Therefore, their will is often weak, their ability to overcome difficulties is poor, and they often have higher requirements for society. At present, college students' sense of responsibility has increasingly become a hot issue of social concern, and their sense of responsibility and honesty have become two new standards for adopting talents in many places. College students' participation in social practice is an important measure to promote college students' quality education, strengthen and improve young students' ideological and political work, and guide students' healthy growth and success. It is also an important way for students to contact, understand and serve the society and cultivate their innovative spirit, practical ability and hands-on operation ability. The purpose of participating in the practice of "going to the countryside" is to support the education in rural areas, and at the same time bring corresponding guidance to farmers. In line with the purpose of serving the people, at the same time, I combine the knowledge I learned in school with my labor practice, and learn the truth of being a man and doing things from the masses, so as to know my future study, life and work. Nowadays, college students, except some students from rural areas, are mostly from cities. Often, these students have good family environment, and their parents don't allow or support their children to participate in the so-called "three rural areas" practice activities. In this way, the purpose of improving students' quality through the "three rural areas" practice activities advocated by the school can not be achieved. In Marxist philosophy, the three views refer to the world outlook, outlook on life and values, while individual world outlook, outlook on life and values are closely linked. In the individual values system, life values are in a dominant position, which determines the overall value orientation and plays a guiding and restricting role in other values in the values system. Because the values of contemporary college students are mainly based on themselves, they lack their own social experience and practical experience, not to mention participating in the activities of "going to the countryside" to serve the people.

In addition, no one chooses to oppose college students' part-time jobs, summer jobs or internships. Everyone thinks that as long as they don't affect their studies, they can accumulate experience and lay the foundation for their future work. For contemporary college students, they should study professional knowledge hard and constantly improve their comprehensive quality and skills in using knowledge. There are only a few short years from the beginning of college life to entering the big circle of society. Who doesn't want to have a place in the future society? Therefore, it is believed that college students must devote themselves to various practical activities inside and outside the campus, which is helpful to exercise their quality and improve their ability. It can be seen that it is of irrefutable importance to the improvement of college students' comprehensive quality. It can't be denied that students who have had part-time job experience seem to be more mature and socially adaptable than other students, but for students, social adaptability is only one measure. The main task during college is the construction of academic structure, that is, the construction of knowledge structure and professional structure. In order to work, it will affect or even give up the study of professional knowledge, and the result is not worth the candle.

Practice leads to true knowledge. Social practice is an important part of university life. Cultivating contemporary college students' sense of historical mission, social responsibility and positive mental outlook, giving full play to the role of practice in educating people and improving their comprehensive quality are also the standards for testing their theoretical knowledge. Social practice not only provides a stage for college students to display their talents and self-style, but also a ladder for cultivating and exercising their comprehensive ability, and it is also a training ground for college students before entering the society and taking up their jobs. Understanding the national conditions is the primary task of young people, which requires looking at 9.6 million square kilometers of land and understanding farmers who account for more than 8% of the population.
