1. Basic information of the survey (1) Purpose of the survey According to the work arrangement of the project "Research on the Reform and Construction of the Curriculum System of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Specialty", from March 27 to December 28, we conducted a survey on the technical status and talent demand of construction enterprises by region and topic, as well as a survey on the running status of some construction higher vocational colleges in China. The main purposes of this survey are: (1) to investigate the current situation and development planning of construction enterprises in some provinces and cities in China; (2) Master the technical status quo of various construction enterprises and the requirements of enterprises for talents; (3) Understand the demand for all kinds of talents and jobs of construction enterprises; (4) The main positions of students in higher vocational colleges and their requirements for knowledge, ability and quality structure; (5) New technologies, new materials, new processes and new management modes adopted by construction enterprises at present. (II) Research Arrangement The research was combined with on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire survey. * * * More than 1 construction enterprises and 11 higher vocational colleges were investigated, and 3 questionnaires were sent out and 15 questionnaires were recovered. II. Investigation on the Technical Status of Construction Enterprises (I) Investigation on the Basic Situation of Construction Enterprises The construction industry is the pillar industry of the national economy. During the Tenth Five-Year Plan period, Liaoning Province invested 78.7 billion yuan in urban infrastructure construction, an increase of 189% over the Ninth Five-Year Plan period. The investment in real estate development and construction was 219.44 billion yuan, and the construction area of various types of commercial houses was 19.21 million square meters, up by 147% and 27.6% respectively compared with the ninth five-year plan period. During the Tenth Five-Year Plan period, the total output value of the province's construction industry was 533.86 billion yuan, and the added value of the construction industry was 17.72 billion yuan, up by 128.5% and 77.6% respectively compared with the Ninth Five-Year Plan period. According to the 11th Five-Year Plan for Construction in Liaoning Province, the total output value of the province's construction industry in the 11th Five-Year Plan will reach 1,144.3 billion yuan, up 114.3% year-on-year. The added value of the construction industry will reach 314.9 billion yuan, up 84.5% year-on-year. The Eleventh Five-Year Plan period is an important historical stage for China to build a well-off society in an all-round way. The development of Liaoning's construction industry is facing new opportunities and challenges, and it also puts forward higher requirements for Liaoning's construction higher vocational education. There are 16, enterprises and institutions in the construction industry in Liaoning Province, with 1.544 million employees, including 386, professional and technical managers. There is an urgent need to supplement a large number of professional and technical and management talents in the production line. According to the requirements of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan for Construction Education in Liaoning Province, the demand for architectural vocational graduates reaches 6,. With the rapid development of new technologies in enterprises in the construction industry and the urgent need to comprehensively promote the four aspects of building (energy-saving, water-saving, land-saving and material-saving), new requirements have been put forward for the quantity and quality of architectural vocational talents. It is urgent to deepen the reform of professional settings, personnel training specifications and personnel training modes in architectural vocational colleges, improve the quality of personnel training, speed up the professional construction and reform, and meet the needs of sound and rapid development of construction enterprises in Liaoning Province. (II) Investigation on the academic structure of enterprise leaders and managers of construction enterprises 1. The academic structure of enterprise leaders and managers of the investigated construction enterprises is shown in Figure 1. Figure 1 Analysis of the educational structure diagram of the surveyed construction enterprises: The educational structure of the leadership: bachelor degree or above is the mainstay, especially in big cities such as Beijing and Tianjin, where the proportion of people with bachelor degree is relatively high, and there is also a considerable proportion of college degree, but the overall level is still dominated by bachelor degree. Middle-level cadres in the Ministry's academic structure are mainly college graduates, but undergraduate and technical secondary school graduates also account for a certain proportion. Among them, middle-level cadres with technical secondary school qualifications are usually secondary school students who graduated early. In the education structure of grass-roots cadres, technical secondary school education is dominant, and college education also accounts for a considerable proportion, with relatively few undergraduate education. Most of the grass-roots cadres with college and undergraduate education are graduates who have been employed in recent years. It can be seen that the leaders and managers of enterprises are mainly college graduates at present, so it is very important to improve the level of engineering and management personnel at the college level to improve the management level of enterprises. (III) Investigation on the composition of engineering and technical personnel in various professional fields of construction enterprises 1. See Figure 2 for the composition of engineering and technical personnel in various professional fields of the investigated enterprises. On the one hand, it shows that there is a great demand for professional positions in construction engineering. The relatively small number of road and bridge professionals is related to the focus of enterprise management. (1) From the perspective of professional title structure, the middle and junior professional titles are the main ones, and the proportion of senior professional titles is low. Among them, the intermediate title of road and bridge major is higher, while the senior title is almost rare. (2) From the perspective of academic structure, the number of people with technical secondary school education is the main one, followed by the number of people with college education, and the proportion of people with bachelor degree or above is not low. The reason is that the rapid development of secondary construction enterprises in recent years has recruited more college and undergraduate graduates. (3) In terms of age structure, the proportion of people aged 3-5 is relatively large, followed by those under 3 and those over 5. III. Prediction of Talent Demand of Construction Enterprises See Figure 3 for the talent demand of the construction enterprises under investigation. Fig. 3 Analysis of the average demand of all kinds of talents in the investigated construction enterprises: (1) The statistical results show that the demand for talents in construction engineering (formerly called civil engineering) is very large, with an average of 6 people in the surveyed enterprises, 15 people in HVAC and 6.4 people in cost; The average number of architectural decoration majors is 4.4; Other majors also have a small demand. (2) Talent employment positions are all front-line technical and management jobs, such as civil builders, quality inspectors, budget officers, etc., and quite a few enterprises require positions as foremen and project managers, which can be seen from the vacancies in enterprises. (3) The demand of enterprises for talents' academic qualifications is that they must have a junior college degree or above, but it is worth noting that most enterprises in Beijing, Tianjin and other places require a bachelor's degree, and there is also a small demand for a postgraduate degree, while construction enterprises in other regions mainly need talents' academic qualifications at the junior college and undergraduate level, especially higher vocational graduates. Iv. investigation and analysis of professional knowledge and ability of architecture (I) structure of professional knowledge of civil engineering According to the statistical analysis of the questionnaire, the percentage of theoretical knowledge that architectural professionals should possess is shown in Figure 4. Among them, more than 9% people think that architectural professionals should have professional knowledge: construction technology, management principles, construction project management, construction project budget, construction project bidding, project cost control, contract management and project claim. Judging from the professional knowledge that should be possessed in the above seven aspects, it is required that graduates of this major should complete the bidding work of construction projects on the basis of knowing technology, management, budgeting and controlling project cost, and being familiar with contract management, so as to win the project in the market competition. (II) Ability structure of architectural professionals According to the statistical analysis of the questionnaire, the percentage of professional abilities that architectural professionals should possess is shown in Figure 5. Figure 5 Statistical chart of professional abilities that architectural professionals should possess Through the summary and statistical analysis of questionnaires, more than 8% people think that the professional abilities that architectural professionals should possess are: social and language expression ability, work coordination ability, contract drafting ability, contract negotiation ability, contract dispute handling ability, organization and construction ability, engineering cost analysis ability, construction scheme preparation ability, microcomputer application ability, budget preparation ability, bid planning ability, engineering claim ability and file management ability. Among them, more than 9% people think that the professional abilities of architectural professionals are: social and language expression ability, work coordination ability, contract drafting ability, contract negotiation ability, construction organization ability, engineering cost analysis ability and microcomputer application ability. From the analysis of the professional ability that more than 9% people think they should have, the ability to deal with people accounts for 5 items; The ability of contract accounts for two items, which is also very important. In addition, as an essential tool for modern management, people pay more and more attention to the application ability of microcomputer. Therefore, we should attach importance to the courses of social humanities when making the training plan, and cultivate students' ability to deal with people through the study of these courses. V. Survey and Summary (I) Current Situation of Construction Enterprises and Prediction of Talent Demand 1. The educational level of technical and managerial personnel in enterprises is generally low, and the leaders and managerial personnel in enterprises are mainly college graduates, while the technical personnel are mainly technical secondary school graduates, and the professional title structure is mainly junior positions. In the age structure, the distribution of personnel of all ages is generally reasonable, and only a few enterprises are concentrated in the age group under 3.
