According to the requirements of the "Notice on Carrying out the Safety Inspection of Party and Government Organs in XX City" (X Secret Committee [2005] No.2) issued by the Secrecy Committee of XX Municipal Committee, the leadership of our town attached great importance to it and conducted a comprehensive self-examination on the safety work of our town. The basic situation is as follows:

First, the basic situation of safety work organization

(a) the establishment of security organizations. Our town has a leading group for secrecy work, headed by a deputy secretary of the Party Committee, with a member of the Party Committee in charge of the organization and DangZhengBan as the deputy head, and members as the heads of major departments of Party and government functions and key secrecy organs. There is an office under the leading group for confidentiality work, and the party Committee member in charge of the organization concurrently serves as the director of the office. At the same time, it is determined that the deputy director of the DangZhengBan is mainly responsible for the specific work of confidentiality, and the key departments of confidentiality such as middle schools also designate special personnel to be responsible for the specific work of confidentiality management.

In recent years, due to the leadership's attention, the relevant staff strictly implemented the confidentiality system of test paper management, and no test papers and test questions were compromised.

(2) Strengthen the management of encrypted computers. According to the requirements of the superior, the Party Committee of our town attaches great importance to it, and designates the staff who know business and can manage to be responsible for the management of encrypted computers. Since the encrypted communication system was put into use a year ago, there has been no computer leak.
