This unit has 30 office computers and 20 reading room computers, all of which are equipped with anti-virus software and regularly disinfected and upgraded. For the management of non-confidential computers, set the power-on password and change it regularly, so as to turn off the computer when going out, and make it clear that non-confidential computers shall not handle confidential information. In principle, the management of mobile storage media is managed by individuals themselves, but confidential documents must be managed by special personnel and kept separately. It is strictly forbidden to carry mobile storage media containing classified content to a computer with Internet access function to process, store and process files.

So far, there has not been a computer leak accident in our unit.

The basic situation is as follows:

First, the basic situation of safety work organization

(a) the establishment of security organizations

According to the requirements of the "Notice on Carrying out the Safety Inspection of Party and Government Organs in XX City" (X Secret Committee [2005] No.2) issued by the Secrecy Committee of XX Municipal Committee, the leadership of our town attached great importance to it and conducted a comprehensive self-examination on the safety work of our town. The basic situation is as follows:

First, the basic situation of safety work organization

(a) the establishment of security organizations. Our town has a leading group for secrecy work, headed by a deputy secretary of the Party Committee, with a member of the Party Committee in charge of the organization and DangZhengBan as the deputy head, and members as the heads of major departments of Party and government functions and key secrecy organs. There is an office under the leading group for confidentiality work, and the party Committee member in charge of the organization concurrently serves as the director of the office. At the same time, it is determined that the deputy director of the DangZhengBan is mainly responsible for the specific work of confidentiality, and the key departments of confidentiality such as middle schools also designate special personnel to be responsible for the specific work of confidentiality management.

(two) the construction of safety work team. In recent years, due to regional adjustment, township transition and other factors, personnel in our town have undergone great changes. However, our town insists on improving the organization of security work, keeping the security team together, adjusting and supplementing security personnel in time, and doing a good job of handover to ensure the continuity of work. At present, the town party Committee has appointed 2 part-time security officers, all of whom have college education or above.

Second, the development of confidentiality work

(a) to strengthen the inspection and supervision of key departments and key parts. The party and government offices, archives and other departments in our town are key departments and parts of confidentiality. These departments have extensive contacts and deep secrets, and the leading group for confidentiality work conducts irregular inspections and supervision on the confidentiality work of these departments to prevent leaks. Over the years, these departments have sound rules and regulations, starting from every link, strong sense of confidentiality, effective measures and good implementation. For example, the town archives room adheres to the confidentiality system of archivists, and the procedures for consulting, borrowing and reading files are complete; The fax machines, photocopiers and statisticians in the party and government offices have the responsibility of confidentiality, and the office staff have confidentiality regulations and management measures. The transmission, recovery and cancellation of secret documents and internal materials are handled in strict accordance with the relevant requirements of superiors, forming a set of systems and regulations, and the management channels are smooth.

In addition, during the senior high school entrance examination, our town invested considerable manpower and material resources in the use and management of test papers for storage. Adhere to the supervision of special personnel before unsealing, and the security guards are on duty at the test paper storage place all day. Before the test paper is used, a special meeting of invigilators will be held to put forward the requirements of confidentiality and unsealing, and two invigilators will be determined to be responsible for the special delivery of the test paper. In recent years, due to the leadership's attention, the relevant staff strictly implemented the confidentiality system of test paper management, and no test papers and test questions were compromised.

(2) Strengthen the management of encrypted computers. According to the requirements of the superior, the Party Committee of our town attaches great importance to it, and designates the staff who know business and can manage to be responsible for the management of encrypted computers. Since the encrypted communication system was put into use a year ago, there has been no computer leak. At the same time, strengthen the inspection of computer internet access, register computer internet access, find out the overall situation of computer internet access in town government, and ensure that the management is in place; For classified computers, physical isolation is explicitly required, and internet access is strictly prohibited; More importantly, the management of computer information by cadres and workers in the town has been strengthened, and the sense of confidentiality has been further enhanced.

(3) Construction of confidentiality rules and regulations.

In view of this situation, it is necessary to strengthen publicity, enhance people's awareness of confidentiality, improve the initiative and consciousness of doing a good job in confidentiality, formulate corresponding rules and regulations, standardize prior actions, block possible leaks, eliminate hidden dangers, and ensure national security.
