I don't know when it started. I have deep love and yearning for Inner Mongolia. With such a strong mood, the curtain of my trip to Inner Mongolia has been opened.

The first day: Hohhot, stuck in Qingcheng Mountain, almost no grassland and historical atmosphere, which surprised me. Outside the tomb of Zhaojun, only Jokhang Temple and Xilitu Showa Mosque have proved that there was religious prosperity here. Walking in the downtown area, you can feel that this is any city in the north. I understand why they said I would be disappointed. But I'm not disappointed. Visit Hohhot in the evening and feel the coolness here. The noisy night market is crowded and the spacious streets are quiet and peaceful.

Take a bus from Hohhot to Chengling via Baotou. One side of the expressway is not far from the southern foot of Daqing Mountain, and the other side is an endless plain. Passing through Tulate Banner, patches of crops, exposed loess everywhere, and the slogan of "preventing sandstorms and keeping green", it is hard to remind people of "the sky is high and the clouds are blue, the wilderness is vast, the wind and grass are low, and the cattle and sheep are low" in the north Korean folk song Chilechuan. Genghis Khan is a Mongolian god. After his death in Liupanshan, Kublai Khan built eight white tents to dedicate his spirit tablet and relics respectively. Today's Genghis Khan Mausoleum is located in Yikezhao Banner, Ordos City. Because it is close to Shaanxi and Shanxi, it has become a popular tourist destination. However, it is hard to imagine the scene of the Mongolian army, roaring and fighting. I am more aware that nomadic people rarely retain historical characteristics.

DAQINGSHAN

The next day: In the desert of Xiangshawan, I saw many images in books and on TV, which finally came true. I am happy to be a barefoot child. The afterglow of the sunset fell on the yellow sand. I looked around and tried to prove my connection with the yellow sand. The endless sand dunes, without saying a word, just showed my body in front of me, and suddenly I remembered the portrait of Wang Xi. I looked down at my weak body, which was so ugly against the desert. I never had the courage to do so.

As soon as I came to Gegentala grassland, I felt the soul of nomadic people, smelled the fragrance of milk tea and roast mutton, and understood why Mongolian dances were so cheerful and why their songs were always loud and gentle, which was different from the agitation of Tibetan folk songs. I unloaded my things with passion, lying on the grassland, enjoying the bright sunshine and watching the white clouds so close to me. Climbing the snow-capped mountains is like facing a chitose man with white hair and beard, which is severe and magical; The desert is a rough and cold person. He can't say anything, but he makes me respect. Grassland is like a middle-aged woman, gentle and maternal, which makes me close.

Day 3: Walking on the streets of Hohhot, I always think of them. The city seems to have a breath. They are no longer in Hohhot, no longer in my life; And my homesickness, flying from afar, lingers. Maybe they will never think that I will come to this city because of them; Maybe they will never think that the past encounter has been engraved in my life.

Gentala grassland

Those days, I took the bus for a long time, more than playing. I always sit alone and talk to others occasionally. On the bus back to Hohhot from Gegentala grassland, I suddenly heard "Zi Xin", which was the end of my trip to Inner Mongolia. I can't help humming along. There is no longer a home in my hometown, Beijing, which is wandering alone, and Inner Mongolia, where my old friend has been, is vividly in my mind. This old song seems to sum up my trip to Inner Mongolia. Does it also indicate my future, my body and soul drifting together?

As the lyrics sing: I think of the golden glory of Senecio, the sandstorm whistling through the desert, the Yinshan Mountain on the bank of the Yellow River, and the hero riding a strong horse back to his hometown.
