I am learning the new Japanese curriculum standard. In Japanese, how to use the basic verb+こと to form noun groups in sentences?

What you said in that book is not troublesome enough. I used to teach Japanese as a second language. The teacher didn't teach word groups anyway.

1.Noun+は+verb basic form +ことできます. (What can someone do)

2.Noun+は+verb basic form +ことです. (What is xx of XXX)

3.Noun+は+verb た +ことがぁります. (What did someone do)

Corresponding examples:

1. Nakamura さんはギターをぞくことできます. Nakamura can play the guitar.

2.さんのはギターをぞくことです. Nakamura's hobby is playing guitar.

さんはへったことがぁります has visited China. Nakamura has been to China once.

You got it?
