Because there are so many people and cards, sometimes it is inevitable that you will be anxious because you can't find your card; several times, some teachers cannot find their cards, so they have to write them in their notebooks and explain the reasons to the principal. Over and over again, convenient things have brought us trouble. In response to this matter last semester, Principal Xu communicated with the concierge and bought us a card box in time. In this way, each card has a fixed place, and every time the card is knocked, it is clear at a glance, and it is placed correctly. OK, neat and organized.

Practical No. 2: Build a new carport, which is convenient and satisfying.

More than half of the teachers and staff in the kindergarten come to the kindergarten by bicycle, some with bicycles and some with electric scooters. Our carport used to be inside the kindergarten. Every time we parked our car, we had to push it up a slope and pass through a narrow aisle next to the kitchen. For employees who drive battery cars to the park, parking becomes a headache for them every day. Moreover, the parking area is small and there are no sockets, making it inconvenient for them to charge. Since the new carport was built, employees can park in the new carports on both sides as soon as they enter the gate. The parking space is not only spacious, but also equipped with several power sockets, making it much more convenient for employees who need to charge.

Practical No. 3: Arrange half-day medical treatment time every month to care for the health of faculty and staff.

Every day is busy. Many teachers are not feeling well and have no time to check their health or see a doctor. After taking medicine, they are unable to get it dispensed in time. Kindergarten leaders started by caring about the health of faculty and staff, and arranged half-day medical treatment time every month to care about the health of each employee, so that they can also take care of their own bodies while working. After all, the body is the capital of the revolution.

Our working environment is a platform for us to contact the outside world. In such a working environment, we mature, survive and develop until we retire.
