The spring tea production in our county is about to enter the peak picking period, and a large number of non-local tea merchants, tea pickers and other related personnel will enter our county. In order to strictly prevent the risk of import from other places and ensure the smooth production of spring tea, and in accordance with the requirements of the epidemic prevention and control notice in a comprehensive and strict manner according to the county prevention and control office, the relevant work requirements for epidemic prevention and control during the spring tea period are hereby notified as follows:

1. No one shall be employed who has a history of living in medium- and high-risk areas in the previous 21 days and a history of living in medium- and high-risk areas in the previous 14 days.

2. Other new tea pickers from outside Shaoxing City must enter Xinchang with a valid negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours. Do a good job of personal protection, and consciously go to the voluntary inspection point for two nucleic acid tests. Before completing the second nucleic acid test, avoid taking public transportation, participating in gathering activities, entering crowded places, etc., and wear standardized clothes throughout the trip. Face mask. Only those who have completed two nucleic acid tests and have two negative nucleic acid test certificates can be employed. Employers should urge tea pickers to monitor their health. If they develop symptoms such as fever or cough, they should proactively report the situation and seek medical treatment in a timely manner.

3. Before coming to New Zealand, tea pickers from other places should pay close attention to Xinchang’s epidemic prevention and control policies, use “Zhejiang Office”, WeChat and other APPs to scan the new personnel’s QR code, or call the local Villages must declare and actively implement corresponding nucleic acid testing and health management. Before tea pickers arrive in New Zealand, employers or relevant intermediaries are required to collect the tea pickers’ ID cards, contact numbers, place of residence and other information, and proactively report to the township.

4. Employers who hire tea pickers from other places should strictly implement management measures related to epidemic prevention and control, strengthen the health management of tea pickers, and achieve "one inspection, two questions, and three supervisions." The first is to check the nucleic acid test certificate, health code, and itinerary code of the newly hired tea pickers within 48 hours; the second is to proactively ask the tea pickers about their new nucleic acid test results and health conditions; the third is to urge the tea pickers to implement health management and personal normalization protective measures.

5. Each township should assign dedicated personnel to be responsible for the investigation and contact statistics of tea pickers within their jurisdiction, so as to achieve "clear base numbers and clear situations" and continue to follow up dynamically. At the same time, we will strengthen inspections of tea gardens and tea processing sites, organize dedicated personnel to regularly disinfect fixed harvesting spots, strengthen supervision and guidance of epidemic prevention and control work for tea enterprises and bases in the jurisdiction, and actively organize party members and cadres to carry out spring tea harvesting and sales assistance. and other volunteer activities to serve in spring tea harvesting and production.

6. If employers and relevant intermediaries violate relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control and floating population management, all towns and villages will strictly follow the relevant work requirements for epidemic prevention and control during the Spring Tea Period and seriously pursue their legal responsibilities.
