At this time, you are still in a foreign land, longing for a better life, bearing the expectations of your family, asking about employment, starting a business and studying, and achieving a career with your own ability, showing the good image and spiritual outlook of Feicheng's children who are hardworking, honest, brave and enterprising. People in your hometown extend sincere greetings to you and your family!

At present, the epidemic situation in China is frequent, and the situation of epidemic prevention and control is still severe and complicated. In order to better protect the health of you and your family, we sincerely propose to you:

First, promote local festivals. Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day are coming. With the increase of contacts on the way home, the risk of epidemic spread increases. If you are in a high-risk area or a county where there are local positive cases, I suggest that you strictly abide by the local epidemic prevention policy, suspend your return to your hometown for the holidays when conditions permit, work and study with peace of mind, fully cooperate with the local authorities to fight against COVID-19, overcome difficulties and tide over the difficulties.

Second, report the itinerary in advance. Before and after the festival, people go out and concentrate, and the risk of virus infection increases. If you really need to return to China, you should know the epidemic situation and prevention and control measures in advance, make reasonable arrangements for returning to China, and report to your town street by phone three days in advance, and fill in the detailed information through the QR code of the report applet. Please try not to take public transport when you return home. If you really need to take it, you should do personal protection according to the relevant requirements to reduce the risk of infection, and carry a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours.

Third, abide by epidemic prevention laws and regulations. Please strictly implement the prevention and control measures of normalized epidemic situation in our city. Try to reduce the activities of visiting relatives and friends during holidays, and do not organize or participate in group dinners. It is suggested to enhance friendship and deepen feelings by telephone, WeChat and video greeting. Please disinfect the packages and articles purchased online first. Please take the initiative to cooperate with the implementation of various prevention and control measures such as temperature measurement, wearing a mask and checking the place code when entering or leaving public places.

Fourth, do daily protection. Fighting the COVID-19 epidemic is everyone's responsibility. Personal self-protection is not only the need to protect one's own health, but also the specific requirement to fulfill the "personal" responsibility of epidemic prevention and control. In daily life, please continue to maintain good living habits such as "wearing a mask, washing hands frequently, ventilating frequently, gathering less, and having a one-meter line", and don't get together.
