It will last for one month from September 7th.

II. Contents of activities

Learn and publicize the Law of the People's Republic of China on Guarding State Secrets, the Regulations on the Implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Guarding State Secrets, the current situation and tasks of secrecy work, and the knowledge and skills related to the prevention of theft and disclosure.

III. Arrangement of activities

(1) Holding lectures on confidentiality knowledge

All localities, departments and units should, in combination with their actual work, focus on deepening the study and publicity of the secrecy law and its implementation regulations, and concentrate on studying the principles, policies, laws and regulations of the party and the state on secrecy work under the new situation by holding lectures on secrecy knowledge or organizing collective study, learning the basic knowledge of secrecy work and the basic skills of preventing leaks, building a solid ideological defense line for secrecy, and effectively improving leading cadres.

(2) Use the media to carry out publicity and education

1. Post confidential publicity slogans. All localities, departments and units should hang and post more than one confidential propaganda slogan in the eye-catching position and key departments and parts of the unit.

2. Set up a confidential publicity window. All localities, departments and units should make use of their publicity windows or newspaper boards to set up confidential publicity columns to publicize confidential laws and regulations and basic knowledge of confidential work to the broad masses of cadres and workers.

3. Play TV APIs. The County Radio and Television News Center is responsible for broadcasting confidential propaganda films after Longnan News every night from September 21st to September 25th, with the cooperation of the County State Secrecy Bureau, to publicize the secrecy laws to the broad masses of cadres and people.

4. Open an online publicity column. 6. Carry out exhibition activities of confidential knowledge. From September 23rd to 25th, the County State Secrecy Bureau held a secrecy publicity and education exhibition in Longxiang Square with the theme of "learning secrecy knowledge, enhancing secrecy awareness and improving secrecy skills", and educated cadres and masses on secrecy awareness and common sense.

During the publicity month, all localities, departments and units should organize a self-inspection work of confidentiality in combination with the actual work, and focus on rectification of the problems found to promote the effective implementation of confidentiality work in our county.

IV. Relevant requirements

1. Strengthen organizational leadership. All localities, departments and units should attach great importance to it, carefully organize it, formulate specific plans in combination with the actual situation of the unit, and make solid progress step by step in a planned way. The State Secrecy Bureau of the county will conduct spot checks on the activities of each unit to carry out the legal publicity month of secrecy in due course.

2. To achieve practical results. All localities, departments and units should closely contact their work responsibilities, highlight key points, strengthen measures, and carry out some distinctive publicity and education activities on the legal system of confidentiality, which should be diversified and pragmatic to prevent going through the motions.

3. Seriously sum up and improve. After the event, all localities, departments and units should make a comprehensive summary of the publicity month activities and submit a written report to the County State Secrecy Bureau before October 12, 215. The publicity and education of secrecy legal system will serve as an important basis for the year-end assessment of secrecy work.
