On the afternoon of August 10, a mobilization meeting was held for all township and village cadres and department heads. At the meeting, all villages and departments were required to hold a mobilization meeting and make arrangements before August 13. The purpose, steps, content, requirements and disciplines of the "Grand Visit" activity were clarified at the meeting.

2. Actively innovate in work and strive for practical results in activities.

It is the most basic task to carry out "big visits" activities to understand the village conditions and public opinion, and to pay attention to the voices of the masses. Therefore, our township requires all visiting cadres to visit the assigned visiting areas to achieve a household visit rate of 100, an opinion collection rate of 100, and an opinion rectification and feedback rate of 100. We must resolutely ensure that villages do not miss groups and groups do not miss households. Visits require detailed records and ledgers to be drawn up so that every household is registered and every household has an ledger. For those who are out of town, the visiting cadres leave notes and phone numbers to better collect opinions and suggestions. During the visit, our township requires cadres to carry out "six belts": (bring feelings, bring responsibility, bring questionnaires, bring opinion forms, bring convenience service cards, bring visit record books), and combine them with the current various Conducted visits to the center's work. That is, a "one-stop" service that proactively visits, collects opinions, summarizes and triages, assigns tasks and supervises them, and resolves conflicts. The cadres participating in the visit will solve the problems that can be solved on the spot; for those that do not meet the conditions for solution, they will do a good job of explaining, include them in the diversion and supervision ledger, and clarify the time limit for resolution; for example: A villager in Hexing Village reported that garbage The problem of garbage trucks not being able to enter the transfer station; the problem of 7 groups of rural power equipment arriving in Hexing Village but not being installed. The visiting cadres contacted the leaders and directly managed units on the spot and promised to solve the problem on the spot. People in Qingmai and Qinghu reported that there are no buses in quiet areas, some village-level roads are not hardened, and it is difficult to achieve indicators. Our township has included these issues in the diversion ledger, assigned them to superiors, and explained them to the masses. . Regarding the issue of adding garbage ponds and increasing the capacity of ponds and dams in the village, we included it in the diversion supervision account and asked the village to implement it as soon as possible. For all problems, based on the summarized opinions, our township held a Zhuge Liang meeting with the participation of township and village department cadres to come up with solutions to all problems one by one. We will do our best to resolve conflicts and disputes at the grassroots level, solve problems locally, and eliminate hidden dangers in the bud. We will truly ensure that responsibilities are not fulfilled, work is not done in place, key personnel are properly managed, and all kinds of hidden dangers are eliminated. The rectification is in place. At present, "big visits" cadres have gone deep into grassroots police departments to investigate 52 conflicts and disputes, resolved 50 cases, handed over 8 cases to the county visiting office, and handed over 151 cases to villages and various departments.

3. Help sincerely and work together to do practical things

(1). Carry out "one-on-one", "one-to-one" and "one-to-two" and other assistance activities. This year, our township has carried out two centralized assistance activities. On March 15, the township mainly provided assistance in the form of disbursed assistance funds.

On September 6, assistance was provided mainly in the form of sending rice and oil to the assistance recipients. Each member of the team helped more than 2 households, and general cadres helped more than 1 household. The total amount of money and materials distributed throughout the year was more than 30,000 yuan, and 96 households in need were assisted.

(2). During this visit, our township mainly focused on three major issues. The first is the issue of water conservancy infrastructure construction. The second is the problem of rural power transformation and transformer capacity increase. The third is the issue of highway construction. In response to the three major problems reflected by the people, the township party committee took the initiative and actively found solutions. Years ago, it secured 16 transformers and agricultural power supplies totaling more than 500,000 yuan. Strive for 40 additional capacity quotas for ponds and dams, 5 kilometers of lined channels, 3 village-level activity venues, and 68 new garbage ponds.

Through supervision and evaluation, the "big visit" activities in our township were basically carried out in an orderly manner in accordance with the arrangements of superiors, and achieved great results. At present, there are zero petitions from our hometown to Beijing or the province. There were zero group visits to the county, and people’s satisfaction was above 95.

Existing problems and next work plan;

First, a small number of cadres have limited ability and level to solve problems, resolve conflicts, and do mass work. Second, a small number of cadres do not have a strong sense of responsibility. They visit for the sake of visiting, and their work is to cope with inspections.

In the next stage, our township will carefully summarize, combine the main opinions and suggestions sorted out from this large-scale visit, continue to establish various long-term mechanisms for grassroots work in our township, and integrate the "big visit" activities into daily , standardize, and institutionalize, strengthen publicity, carry out priority evaluation activities, and form a long-term mechanism to ensure that through visit activities, we can promote social harmony, overall stability, and sound and rapid economic and social development in our township.
