3. Managers must be familiar with the business of the office, be able to operate and use indoor equipment, master maintenance methods, know what should be needed, what is available, and gaps (the next equipment target), and be able to answer questions raised by leaders.

4. Each dedicated classroom has complete documentation and is classified into boxes and placed in cupboards as much as possible.

5. There should be a flag and eight characters above the blackboard in the classroom, and systems, celebrity portraits, famous quotes, etc. should be reasonably arranged at appropriate locations on the indoor walls. It is not appropriate to have a cultural void on the back wall of the classroom.
