1. Strengthen leadership, establish systems, and improve the leadership system and working mechanism for vector control work.

The first is to establish an organization to ensure that there are people to grasp and manage this work.

A leading group for vector control work of Baode County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine has been established, and a National Health City and County Office of Baode County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine has been established. Each department has also established corresponding leadership groups and assigned dedicated personnel. Responsible for this work and implement it at every level.

2. Strengthen training, conduct extensive publicity, and enhance vector biological control skills and public participation awareness.

The first is to adopt the method of inviting people in to strengthen professional training on vector biological control work. Organize lectures on pathogenic vector prevention and control knowledge. Invite vector control experts from the county CDC to give lectures, answer relevant questions and provide guidance on the spot.

Invite Baode County Anti-Virus Disease Control and Prevention experts to come to our hospital for on-the-spot testing, inspection and guidance, and provide opinions and suggestions on details such as environmental remediation and drug delivery. 3. Clean and sanitize, improve the environment, improve the appearance of the hospital, and eliminate breeding sites for vector organisms.

First, take the prevention and control of vector organisms as the entry point to increase the comprehensive improvement of environmental sanitation.

In order to welcome the acceptance of provincial vector biological control standards, and take this as an opportunity to promote environmental improvement. A key battle against vector organisms is carried out throughout the hospital, focusing on eliminating dead spots in sanitation, eliminating the breeding grounds of the "four pests", and strengthening vector organism control work.

And around this theme, we will carry out centralized actions to improve environmental sanitation. The Creation and Health Office organized a centralized environmental improvement activity with the participation of more than 60 people, clearing more than 800 square meters of weeds and more than 9 tons of garbage.

The second is to mobilize the whole people to participate in rectification activities. In accordance with the work responsibilities, tasks and standards for establishing national sanitary cities and counties, each unit listed the key points and difficulties of the environmental sanitation situation in the district, and concentrated its efforts on rectifying some sanitation blind spots.

During the centralized rectification period, a comprehensive environmental sanitation program was carried out, focusing on thoroughly cleaning up indoor and outdoor environmental sanitation, removing weeds in responsible areas, removing exposed garbage, removing all kinds of stagnant water, filling depressions, and clearing sewers. The Health Creation Office conducted group inspections on comprehensive environmental sanitation rectification actions, provided timely feedback on problems found, issued notices three times, signed responsibility certificates for employees in the responsible area, put forward rectification suggestions for difficult areas, and made rectifications within a time limit.

During the supervision process, communication and contact between various departments were maintained in a timely manner, and multiple work meetings attended by leaders of relevant departments were held to actively promote the coordination, close cooperation, and joint efforts of all departments. 4. Participate in all personnel, prevent and control by all personnel, improve the level of prevention and control work, and reduce the density of vector organisms. The first is to organize the deployment of vector control and disinfection drugs. More than 2,000 yuan was invested to organize the distribution of more than 90 various types of drugs and equipment to eliminate the "four pests" including 12 kinds of drugs, including brodifacoum preparations, fly swatters, mouse traps, and rat poisons, to streets and public places in the jurisdiction.

Establish a strict drug distribution registration and management system, and notify employees through the media about the centralized release of drugs to disinfect vector organisms, reminding employees to cooperate closely and actively participate.
