Highways can be near water and cliffs, but speed limits and curve angles must be paid attention to. For sections near water and cliffs that are restricted by natural conditions and have a road surface width less than 4 meters, staggered lanes must be set up. In principle, the distance between wrong lanes should not be greater than 500 meters.
