"Dancing Youth": one of the third set of national primary and secondary school students' systematic broadcast gymnastics, organized by the Ministry of Education, and implemented in ordinary primary and secondary schools and secondary vocational schools nationwide from September, 2008 1.

Content introduction:

* * * is divided into 9 sections and 68 eight beats. This set of exercises focuses on basic gymnastics movements, with large movements, highlighting the standardization, extensiveness, generosity, lightness and neatness of movements, and paying attention to the cultivation of good body posture. By designing some simple, novel and elastic asymmetric movements and variations, students' coordination is cultivated, which reflects the characteristics of the times.
