It means not interfering with the normal work of the inspected unit and failing to perform the duties of disciplinary review.

Patrol inspection is political supervision, not business inspection. We should take "two maintenance" as the fundamental task of political patrol, earnestly shoulder the main responsibility of patrol, and realize the goal of upholding, consolidating and safeguarding the party's leadership.

Adhere to the inspection work, examine and approve each round of inspection plans, mobilize all forces, listen to reports regularly, coordinate and solve all kinds of "middle obstruction" problems, make full use of inspection results in time, and promote full coverage of inspections with high quality.

Do not investigate the case:

The "Regulations on Patrol Work" defines the "sixteen-character" policy of patrol work, which is "finding problems, creating shock, promoting reform and promoting development". The inspection team shall not interfere with the normal work of the inspected areas and units, and shall not investigate cases!
