According to Article 18 of Chapter II of People's Republic of China (PRC) Road Traffic Law, the dimensions, mass, brakes, bells and night reflective devices of non-motor vehicles shall meet the technical standards for safety of non-motor vehicles. Modification is not allowed. At present, in view of this situation, it is suggested that the traffic police focus on education and order it to be dismantled. A few motorcycles are also equipped with parasols, which makes the safety hazard more serious. I hope this phenomenon can attract the attention of traffic police.
