For foreign bodies that are no longer necessary to be preserved, with the approval of the person in charge of the public security organ at or above the county level, the family of the deceased or the officials of the embassy or consulate of the country to which they belong should be notified immediately for disposal. If it is impossible to notify or after notification, the foreigner's family or the officials of the embassy or consulate of his country in China refuse to take it back, it can be handled in accordance with relevant regulations after approval by the person in charge of the public security agency at or above the county level and written notification to the foreign affairs department.

Chapter 13 On-site re-inspection and re-inspection

Article 89 The public security organs may refer to these rules for inspections and inspections of other cases, incidents, and accident scenes.
