Hour times, countries and cities of previous Asian Games

The first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth and other Asian Games hosting times, countries and cities are introduced.

1. The first session

1950, New Delhi, India. 3. The third session

1958, Tokyo, Japan. The third Asian Games was held in Tokyo, the capital of Japan, with the slogan "everywhere, always moving forward". This competition consists of 13 events including track and field, swimming, football, basketball, boxing, wrestling, weightlifting, shooting, tennis, volleyball, table tennis, hockey, and cycling, and will last for nine days.

4. The fourth session

1962, Jakarta, Indonesia. The Asian Games were held in Jakarta, the capital city of Indonesia. It is worth noting that Indonesia refused to accept the delegation of the Republic of China to participate in the competition in the name of the Chinese Olympic Committee for political reasons, and refused to accept the participation of Israel for religious reasons, leading the International Olympic Committee to announce that it would not recognize the Asian Games. In February of the following year, the International Olympic Committee announced that Indonesia would be banned from participating in the Olympic Games from time to time. 5. The Fifth Asian Games

In 1966, Bangkok, Thailand, the fifth Asian Games was held in Bangkok, the capital city of Thailand, from December 9 to 20, 1966. More than 2,500 players from 18 countries. Coaches and others participated in competitions in 14 events.

6. The Sixth Asian Games

In 1970, Bangkok, Thailand, the Asian Games was originally planned to be held in Seoul, South Korea. However, South Korea gave up the right to host due to financial problems, and eventually the previous Asian Games was held in Seoul, South Korea. Bangkok, the host city, took over and successfully hosted the event.
