I remember that when I was a class teacher, I would get up early every day and work hard at night. I would stay in school and strictly monitor the class. During gatherings, he personally lined up in line; when working, he pointed fingers and supervised the work to the end; for cultural and sports competitions, he personally drew up plans, made measures, and made arrangements, fearing that they would be incomplete. After calming down and reflecting, I realized that this kind of Zhuge Liang-style management of "no matter how small or small, must do everything" not only made me tired, but also dampened the students' enthusiasm and initiative. When a problem is discovered, it must be solved. In order to manage the class well and for the long-term development of students, I know that the management method should be changed. Professor Ye Lan proposed in the new basic education theory: "Return the class to the students and make the class full of growth." How should we return the class to the students? The new curriculum standard also clearly states that "the teacher is a decision-maker, not an executor." Under the guidance of this concept, I reviewed a lot of information about class management. Among them, the concept of the management model of "creating class management positions" in "class autonomous management" moved me.

The creation of class management positions is aimed at allowing students to accumulate management experience and cultivate management capabilities in the competition for employment. In class management, "all people are officials" are implemented, and the whole class is managed by a single person, so that everyone in the class has something to do, and everything is done, so that every student can share the sour, sweet, bitter, and painful aspects of management in the management and being managed. The class I teach is about to enter eighth grade.
