4 handling of abnormal situations:
During excavation, construction personnel should always pay attention to the changes of soil quality and slope stability of foundation pit, and report any abnormality immediately.
(1) If there are hidden streams or weak interlayers in the site, all the mud shall be removed and compacted with sand and gravel to the design elevation;

5 earthwork backfill:
1) Before backfilling, the garbage and other sundries at the bottom of the foundation pit or on the ground shall be cleaned up. Before backfilling the fertilizer tank, it must be cleaned up to the bottom elevation of the foundation, and the scattered loose garbage, mortar, stones and other sundries must be cleaned up.
2) Check the quality of backfill soil for sundries, whether the particle size meets the requirements, and whether the moisture content of backfill soil is within the control range; If the water content is high, measures such as scarifying, airing or evenly mixing dry soil can be adopted; When the water content of backfill soil is low, measures such as watering and wetting in advance can be taken.
3) Backfilling shall be carried out by layers. The paving thickness of each layer should be determined according to the soil quality, compactness requirements and mechanical properties. Generally, the thickness of each layer of frog rammer is 200 ~ 250mm;; ; Artificial tamping is not more than 200 mm, and after each layer is paved, it should be raked flat.

Seven, quality and technical organization measures

1. Technical measures for safety management and protection

2. Environmental protection measures:
1) Earthwork shall be constructed by a qualified transportation unit, and a transportation contract shall be signed, which specifies the company's environmental protection requirements. At the entrance and exit of the construction site, designated personnel shall clean the wheels and take photos of the vehicles or cover them tightly. The highest point of earthwork of the carrying project shall not exceed the upper edge of the car trough by 50CM, and the edge shall not be higher than the upper edge of the car trough 10CM.
