IV. Start the emergency plan for standby power supply in case of sudden power failure in normal production

(3) Before starting the standby power supply, the electrician should first cut off the isolation master switch in the main distribution cabinet, and the generator driver should check whether the various parts of the generator set are normal again. After it is confirmed, it should be started normally according to the generator operation rules. At this time, the generator driver and the electrician should check whether the parameters of each part are normal and have the power transmission conditions, and the electrician should switch the switch and send the power out.

(4) In order to ensure the normal and reliable operation of the standby power supply at any time, the Equipment Department has formulated the relevant standby power supply management system, implemented a strict management system for the generator set, and required the custody driver to carry out running-in maintenance once a week to keep abreast of the working conditions of the generator, and if there is any abnormal phenomenon, it will never be removed in time, and it will never run in spite of illness; In addition, before pouring the bridge every day, the driver should start the generator for 15 minutes one hour in advance to confirm whether the generator is normal.

1. Overall planning and layout

According to the accounting, the daily mortar volume of Huanshan Wine Warehouse is about 5m3 and that of plot No.7 is about 4m3 during the peak construction period. Because the second phase of Huanshan Wine Warehouse (the first phase has been basically completed, so it is not considered now) is arranged in steps, and the height difference is large. Considering the on-site construction capacity, economic transportation distance, convenient material transportation and other aspects, due to the small site, according to the general plan, it is planned to establish a mixing station in the east of No.1 office building with an area of 5 ㎡. Two mixing stations will be built on plot No.7, and each temporary mixing station covers an area of 3㎡. A separate temporary mixing station will be set up for No.6 koji making, which will be arranged in the same way as the temporary mixing station of Huanshan Wine Store. 2. Site treatment of temporary mixing station

(1) The site of temporary mixing station shall be leveled in a large area, and the site leveling shall be carried out according to the principle of high in the middle and low around, so as to facilitate the smooth drainage of surface water and avoid water accumulation in the site.

(2) The road of temporary mixing station shall be hardened, with 2cm graded gravel or gravel paved below, and 15cm mortar poured on the top surface as the surface.

3. Drainage scheme for temporary mixing station

(1) The temporary mixing station is equipped with drainage ditches along the vertical and horizontal sides, with a net width of 3cm.
