When sorting in excel20 10, the main keyword shows something else, which is caused by the wrong setting. The solution is as follows:

1. First, open an excel file, which needs to be sorted by six keywords: "Department name, student number, professional code, professional name, admission category, admission type and remarks".

2. Click Data-Sort on the menu bar.

3. You can see that the sorting dialog box has been opened. Set the primary keyword as "Department Name", the secondary keyword as "Examination Number" and the third as "Professional Name". Click OK.

4. Click OK to pop up the sorting warning. This warning requires you to select "Sort anything that looks like a number" or "Sort anything that looks like a number". Just choose the first one. Click OK.

5. Then perform data sorting. There are also three categories: admission category, professional code and remarks. Then click OK.
