Notice of the People's Government of Xigong District on Expropriating Houses on State-owned Land in yingtianmen South Square Phase II Plot

In order to speed up the construction of urban public utilities, according to the State Council's Regulations on Expropriation and Compensation of Houses on State-owned Land and Luoyang Municipal People's Government's Opinions on Expropriation and Compensation of Houses on State-owned Land, Xigong District People's Government intends to expropriate houses on state-owned land in the second phase of Tianmen South Plaza. Relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Collection scope: Dingding South Road in the east, Garden River residential land in the Ming Dynasty in the west, No.54 Courtyard land in Dingding South Road in the south, and buildings and accessories on the ground within Luopu Road in the north.

2. According to Article 16 of the Regulations on Expropriation and Compensation of Houses on State-owned Land: From the date of promulgation of this circular, no unit or individual may commit any improper act of building, expanding, rebuilding houses or changing the use of houses to increase compensation fees within the scope of house expropriation; In violation of the provisions of the implementation, no compensation.

Three, "Xigong District yingtianmen South Square plot phase II housing levy compensation and resettlement program" to be publicized. Units and individuals within the scope of collection may, within 30 days from the date of promulgation of this circular, hold valid certificates such as real estate license to the headquarters of Luoyang National Historical and Cultural Park Construction Project in Xigong District for policy consultation and put forward opinions and suggestions.
