What departments does the university student union have?

University student unions generally consist of 8-10 departments. It mainly includes the External Relations Department, Life Department, Propaganda Department, Information Department, Literature and Art Department, Sports Department, Study Department, Secretariat, Social Practice Department and other departments. Each department is responsible for different main tasks.

The External Relations Department mainly helps the college visit companies, supermarkets, etc., and solicit sponsorship to obtain funds. After all, the development of college activities requires a large amount of funds. Students in the Life Department are mainly responsible for regularly checking the health status of the student dormitories, checking whether the students' living conditions are normal, and making timely adjustments if there are conflicts in the dormitories. The Propaganda Department is responsible for making posters and PPTs to publicize some college activities in a timely manner.

Members of the Information Department need to convey school information in a timely manner, such as school calendars, school holidays, etc. The Literature and Art Department is responsible for some cultural activities and competitions, including the planning of large-scale graduation parties and welcome parties, as well as aerobics, dance and other competitions. The Sports Department is responsible for sports activities, including organizing basketball friendly matches and football matches every year, which require the Sports Department's efforts.

The Study Department is responsible for organizing some academic competitions, holding study lectures, and cultivating a good academic style in the college. The Secretariat is mainly responsible for approving some daily documents of the department, and also needs to arrange duty schedules and other tasks. The Social Practice Department releases some social practice activities for students in a timely manner and calls on everyone to participate.
