Chen Hui (founder)

Mr. Chen Hui is a member of the World Society of Mushroom Biology and Products, vice president of China Edible Fungi Association, member of the professional committee of Chinese Edible Fungi Association, director of Nantong Institute of Medicinal Fungi Science, chairman of Jiangsu Tonghui Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and chairman of Jiangsu Anhui Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and Mr. Chen Hui has long been committed to the research, product development, production and application and market development of edible (medicinal) fungi industry, and is a leading figure in China.

Chen Guoliang (Professor)

China famous mycologist, researcher of Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences, member of the professional committee of medicinal fungi of China Edible Fungi Association, and vice chairman of Ganoderma lucidum Research Association of Shanghai Pharmaceutical Society. For more than forty years, he has made outstanding contributions to the study of edible (medicinal) fungi, and is the first person to study Ganoderma lucidum in China. His achievements have won the China National Invention Award and the Shanghai Major Scientific Research Achievement Award for many times. 1972 successfully developed Ganoderma lucidum tablets (medicine), 1977 successfully developed Hericium erinaceus mushroom tablets (medicine), and compiled books such as Ganoderma lucidum cures all diseases, magical edible fungi and edible fungi with extraordinary effects.

Mao Xiaolan (Professor)

China famous mycologist, researcher of Institute of Microbiology, China Academy of Sciences, former executive vice president of China Fungal Society, vice president of China Edible Fungi Association, executive director of China Food Culture Research Association, and technical consultant of Edible Fungi Branch of China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Food, Livestock and Animals. He has been engaged in the research of macrofungi classification and species resources for a long time, won many national awards, and undertaken many national fund projects and major support projects of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Xu (Professor)

Professor of School of Medicine, Nantong University, master tutor, winner of special allowance from the State Council, engaged in pharmacology teaching and research for nearly 30 years, with the research direction of cardiovascular pharmacology, engaged in the development and research of new drugs and health products. The second finisher completed 2 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation and presided over several municipal projects.
