According to the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Noise Pollution, it is forbidden to carry out construction work that produces environmental noise pollution at night in the area where noise-sensitive buildings are concentrated in urban areas. "Night" refers to the period between 22 pm and 6 am.

Those who violate the laws and regulations on the prevention and control of noise pollution in social life and create noise to interfere with the normal life of others shall be given a warning; Those who fail to make corrections after warning will be fined from 200 yuan to 500 yuan, and will negotiate with the piano owner. If you are disturbed by piano noise during the break, you can contact the piano owner to negotiate the piano time.

2. Find the neighborhood committee. If the negotiation with the piano master fails, you can entrust the neighborhood Committee to negotiate and solve mutual understanding, so that the piano master can close the doors and windows to reduce noise when playing the piano;

3. Report and complain to the environmental protection department. If the piano owner does not carry out the decoration according to the negotiation time, the mediation of the neighborhood Committee will not work, and you can complain.

Legal basis:

Article 58 of the Law on Public Security Administration Punishment violates the legal provisions on the prevention and control of noise pollution in social life and creates noise to interfere with the normal life of others, and is given a warning; If no correction is made after warning, a fine ranging from 200 yuan to 500 yuan shall be imposed.

Article 30 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Noise Pollution prohibits construction operations that produce environmental noise pollution at night in areas where noise-sensitive buildings are concentrated in urban areas, except for emergency repairs, emergency rescue operations and continuous operations due to production process requirements or special needs.

If continuous operation is necessary due to special needs, there must be a certificate from the people's government at or above the county level or its relevant competent department.

Night work specified in the preceding paragraph must be announced to nearby residents.
